That's actually great to hear. I was never against the collab but I just figured it would be an extremely poppy song, more so than Higher Power. Glad to hear that most people like it though.

I'm waiting to hear the song in it's full but it's interesting reading everyone's reactions. However it sounds, I am sure it will be a massive hit.

No confirmed date yet but probably sometime this fall. September-November. Hopefully they announce it along with the next single, which is probably coming in just a few weeks time.

Exactly my thoughts as well. Sounds like they want to release it but just haven't gotten it to a finished state that they are happy with. Hopefully they can this time around! Either way the band definitely know how much the fans want the song, so I am sure they will release it someday.

Super pumped for them to explore the 80's pop/synthwave sound. I much prefer that sound over generic pop. We all knew this was going to be a big commercial album but that doesn't mean we won't get any other stripped back tracks. Can't wait to see what the era unfolds!

This totally feels like a successor to MX. Another concept album perhaps with a story behind it? I know for MX they originally wanted to do an animated short film but went with the comics instead. Maybe we will see that idea make a return?

Now that's an interesting theory! I'll take a 42 minute space themed album and then a few EPs with unreleased tracks. I was thinking it could possibly be a double album at first.

My guess is single May 7th, and album to follow sometime in June. I'm sure they will tell us more sometime this week. Maybe full announcement and track list this Friday.

I would actually enjoy that! Plus the song just fits with what has happened over the past year with not only Covid, but the protests, politics and just life in general. Such a perfect song that captures all that.

I predict he will play Everyday Life on piano but he may just play something like Viva or Fix You. I say Fix You because that song has been thrown back into the spotlight with the BTS cover. However I really hope it's something from Everyday Life. I do not think they will win any awards though, although the album totally deserves it. Either way, looking forward to seeing Chris!
