  1. help im 20 this year
  2. Sims 1 and Sims 2, but have abandoned Sims 3 because I don't like the direction it's going in with stuff like Showtime, Katy Perry Stuff Packs and endless patches to fix things that shouldn't have been broken in the first place that and i don't have a comp to run it
  3. I think everyone's disappointment about the Iron being lost will be smoothed out when they see the purrfection of the cat. Anyone who thought that the dog would be left behind must have been barking mad, though! :laugh3:
  4. Yeah, I thought you had left by Page 2. It seems like you are the one who cannot help themselves to reply  Also, in response to "You'll never be satisfied with anything I have to say, so what do you want me to do?", please start World War 3 in the Coldplay section, it would be terribly amusing.
  5. you know it would help these feelings a lot if you didn't confuse healthy debate with HATE and ARGUMENTS and WORLD WAR 3 IN THE COLDPLAY SECTION you might actually enjoy this forum a bit more and feel a bit more enriched by the content instead of avoiding participation in such a conversation like the plague also this is a fair point, i just thought it was interesting when someone else pointed it out. obviously that person wants either more or something different than just a catchy melody in the songs they will listen to often tho
  6. I'm surprised that not as many people eager to defend their interest in Coldplay have crawled out of the woodwork as I expected, hopefully people have learned you don't really need to justify why you like something all the damn time. At point 5, why would you take someone seriously with that sort of complaint anyway? Jeez. Still, I find it interesting there is one argument I feel has been left out - that Coldplay rely too much on their 'oooh's, 'aaah's and 'laaalaalaa's (or that sort of thing anyway), which I feel can be a very valid point even if it is almost signature for it to pop up somewhere on a song by now
  7. i agree but moreso because people are still expecting something other than remixes when "new song" is mentioned
  8. why is your stomach confused
  9. "destructive criticism" sounds awesome but that's probably because it's 5am also i do want to see where you go with what has been said in mind so none of that for today
  10. Same here, not that I use my Twitter account but it's always good to check when these things are reported.
  11. Cobalt replied to Linus's topic in Coldplaying.com
Well, having had a look at it the past few days while visiting: please get rid of the "person answered in thread" "person liked this post" thing while it is a one-room chatbox. Messages end up getting buried by people just doing stuff on the forum. It might be better when there are different chatrooms and you can sort the activity messages by forum into each room (if possible)
  12. incoming spammage of follow-on threads
  13. You'll probably need to make the white transparent to fit in with the other smilies
  14. Perhaps it got tagged by YouTube bots. I successfully argued against a case on YouTube for using English film footage... so then a claim was filed for using the French film footage, even though I had none of the audio. Anyway. There are ways to contest these. If your tribute managed to give the song new meaning or used the content in a different creative way, plus the fact that it's not a monetized video, it should go under something like fair use. If you dispute the case, the company has 1-2 months to respond (I forget how long exactly). I argued about six of these at the same time, and the companies never responded so the blocks were removed.
  15. Does this mean no more afternoon Deelights?
  16. It's all nice of them to boast about security and whatnot, but then they advocate Chrome... wry?!? It makes me cautious
  17. That was when we faced similar temperatures (45.6C)... aaaand it sucks. Really exhausting kind of heat. I've been hearing this is the second unusual very hot day for Sydney this summer, as they usually get the sea breeze that cools it down.
  18. I wonder if Blockbuster will go bust here, too. It wasn't long after GAME UK went into administration that GAME AU also did and then closed all their stores.
  19. All of the proposed tokens don't represent strictly modern interests. I mean why is the guitar modeled after an acoustic one? Why is the robot cartoony? How does the diamond ring show modern interests? Pretty sure people were getting diamond rings ages ago. The cat... also looks cartoony imo. I get the helicopter at least (even if it looks bad). Methinks the "interests of today's players" line stinks and they just want to change unused tokens
  20. I don't see any insulting...? I know what has been posted, I've read, but I just don't understand what you're getting at with these posts that seem to have no real discussion or defense behind them for the point that I guess you're still trying to make.
  21. Diamond ring and helicopter are terribad. Robot isn't very good either. I think the cat will win tbh. My pick to go is the wheelbarrow... I can't recall anyone being too attached to it. Why did they even nominate the scotty dog for elimination? No-brainer that it would be saved
  22. can't you at least quote which post you want me to read, not everyone has their thread display settings on the default (I see only 3 pages, for example) Also really this thread was originally about people who care so much that they either start loving errything or just get so annoyed and want to drop it all. Until the inevitable "fake fan" bullshit came up
  23. it would explain why the majority of my life consists of internet thread devolution successful
  24. what the hell Well this is surprising. That thing looks costly though. Control pad looks a little odd to me considering the overall width and stubby prong ends of that thing... we'll see.
