cant remember the last time i posted on this thread but i dont think i have since john left. i have all but lost faith in this band. i dont see them doing anything even half decent ever again.

yeah especially not New Born. i really dont see what they achieve by cutting a song here and there. did they stuff up or something? almost finished downloading the concert in flv format. cant wait to watch it properly without having to wait for it to stream!

^^ i dont know about you but i really dont get it why people hate it so much that some bands come back to australia multiple times in the same year. if you lived in london or new york you would have the same bands coming through 3 or 4 times every year. so i really dont see whats so bad about it.

im in for jonsi and mumford and potentially florence when she announces her shows. going to angus+julia and slash also. going to be a busy busy august. going to have to fit uni in there somewhere.

just listening to the Seattle concert now and it is freken hilarious!!! theres this moment during the track "Whistle Riff" where theres some redneck screaming WE'RE NOT WORTHY WE'RE NOT WORTHY!!! :lol:

Event+Camping Tix sold out after about 3.5hrs. with Event only tix still available. im not even trying to buy tickets but i managed to get on in about 45mins, so its not too bad.

bloody hell why dont they hold back on these early shows and save up their energy for the show that counts. May 12 @ Enmore theatre. they are doing another 4 shows in 4 cities before that show which means about 6000km of traveling. has everyone heard about the DJs Chris has been doing after some of the shows. he is at the FRINGE Bar in Sydney after the May 12 show. cos you know they have such a light easy tour schedule they really needed some extra things to do.

is this the first professional full muse concert of this tour? i havent seen any others......:\

doesnt look like i'll be going to see them :( wasnt able to get a group together to go even though they are doing an incredible double billing with hot chip. and im not desperate enough to go see them by myself.

wow that would have to be one of the biggest bumps in WoM history. personally i think that bar Led Zep I and IV, their work live on stage was far superior to their work in the studio. i actually find their albums a little dull when compared to the the live recordings.

i really beginning to appreciate the music genius that is Damon Albarn.

Also the fact that coldplay put over 60 000 tix on sale in Sydney and melbourne making it much more easily available. Powderfinger is selling hardly 20 000 in each city despite the massive demand.

lets not be too harsh on Brandon. he isnt the only "killer" doing side projects. Ronnie announced his two weeks ago. feels a little reminiscent to The Strokes. 2 great albums followed by one weak effort followed by a "hiatus" with the members all doing their own solo projects. and if this Strokes comeback is anything to go by, the killers will come back bigger than ever. every band should make 3 albums then disappear for 5yrs then comeback when everyone misses them.

i wanna buy tickets to grizzly bear and lcd soundsystem + hot chip (mates are being stingy about going to both arhghghgh). i thought about powderfinger but couldnt get a group together. then theres metallica who just had to tour in the middle of my exam period. florence and jonsi sideshows are on the wishlist also.

At least ticketek tells you if it's sold out or not. Ticketmaster allows you to go through the entire process then in the last step tell you there are no tickets left. Instent sell outs are the norm now. Angus+Julia stone have announced a huge national tour in august. Hope to catch them.
