I know you'll stone me, but my vote goes for Prospekt's March. I love this song, but it's my least favorite here. PERIOD.

1: For people under 18yo, there is a minimal difference. Minimal, but real. 2: Maybe you can't hear, but you can feel, and that creates an unique experience. 3: I just said that to show that they were stupid enough to make the master cut of VLV vinyl discs from a CD source, which is limited to 44.1 kHz, so it can hold all the info between 0 and 22050 Hz. The master cut of the other albums were from the master tapes.

I agree. Parachutes and AROBTTH have a very good mastering. X&Y is just good, VLV/PM is damn shitty. I have 24/96 vinyl rips of AROBTTH, X&Y and VLV. Both in AROBTTH and X&Y, the useful information goes all the way up to 48kHz. In VLV, there is a strond cutoff around 22kHz, the limit of a CD. VLV vinyl copies were mastered from a CD :(

According to Coldplay, 42 tracks were trashed during X&Y sessions. 7 of them were released as B-Sides Things I Don't Understand - Speed Of Sound Proof - Speed Of Sound The World Turned Upside Down - Fix You Pour Me (Live at the Hollywood Bowl) * - Fix You Gravity - Talk 7" Sleeping Sun - Talk CD How You See The World (live from Earls Court)** - The Hardest Part, What If * Its studio version isn't known yet. ** It was frequently played during the X&Y tour, it is featured in the "How We Saw The World" video, which was planned for DVD released, but it was canceled (it is avaliable even in 1080p resolution, because it was broadcasted on the first HD channels). Its studio version is only know for a release in the "Help! A Day In The Live" charity album, and for its less-known famous original version, in which the first strophe is different. So, there's 35 unreleased and unknown tracks. It's about 3 LPs or 6-7 EPs. Where the heck are these tracks?

The first lyrics of NMFWTTG are "Let me go boys, let me go", tha may give you a DWNC feeling. The sentence "Now My Feet Won't Touch The Ground" features in Strawberry Swing, in Life In Technicolor II and in Now My Feet Won't Touch The Ground. And there's a song with similar name, called "No More Keeping My Feet On The Ground". Lyric repetition is common now.

Prospekt's March and Poppy Fields are the same song, just alternate names.
