I think the style of dress we have seen on the band since the beginning of the marketing push for VLV will incorporate into the live show. I think they are stylizing the album with certain elements, and this style of dress is part of that visualization aspect. Or I could be totally off base. :shrug
  5. Well thank you, Ari! That looks very refreshing!
  6. to find a dress for the wedding in two weeks.

  10. Add "Swallowed in the Sea" to this list, and God would look down upon it and declare it PERFECTION! :D
  11. You're not a fool! I was just pointing out that you had, in fact, contradicted yourself. You know what a cool name would be for a band? rhetoric. After all, the definition of rhetoric is to influence beliefs, attitudes, and behavior via persuasive linguistics. Isn't that what music does, anyway? ;)
  12. I had a dream while taking a nap today that I was caught in a whitewater rapid and the rescuers down the river were throwing me these HUGE pickles with life vests attached to them. It was frickin' weird, man.
  13. I turn in my project late due to server issues at 12:00:01 am and flunk the course I am in.
  14. The Jonas Brothers. They are EVERYwhere these days.
  15. ...Or a much deserved vacation. I need a vacation from a world without a new Coldplay album. :laugh3:
  16. You didn't? Well, actually, you used a form of rhetoric here to differentiate you and others that won't listen to the leaked album to other fans who would. You defined those that would not listen to a leak as a "true fan." ;) In response to the original post's real question, yes, it will be difficult if not impossible to be here in the interim time between the different continent's release dates. I am sure it will take a tremendous amount of will power to refrain from reading the multitudes of critiques and responses to the album. The strength of your resolve will make the wait so worth it once you do get to listen to the album in its entirety, though. THAT makes you a fan with integrity. :D
  17. I, for one, am not thrilled about the show being at the United Center. The acoustics are God-awful terrible and the location is not my favorite. I would have preferred another show at Alpine Valley , but...at least we get a show!
  18. It's all in the eyes.
  19. Oh, no! I didn't mean it as a bad thing. I mean, hey! Who doesn't want to join a cult like this one? Worship of four of the sexiest men on the planet? Sign me up, babycakes!
  20. What made you happy today? :D A beautiful haircut and an awesome conditioning treatment. Now you!
