A little off topic...but I used to live in Plano, Texas. Parker and Preston. Whereabout are you in Plano? I hear it has grown (even by Plano/Frisco standards) by leaps and bounds in the past few years. Back to the subject...call me dense, but I still don't get it.

I know I'm a newbie to this board, but I imagine I will stick around for a while if you all will have me. I met some of the most important people in my life through a similar communication device and it has been a great experience for me. Not many of my friends are fans of Coldplay. I, however, have a genuine appreciation for the music and wanted the opportunity to chat with like-minded individuals. I signed up for this because of the excitement of the new album, but also because I wanted the chance to be a part of the international community here. It makes me feel just a little more worldly than I did before. I try to conduct myself here as I would anywhere else in the real world, with respect and dignity given to those who would respond in kind. (The Magic Brownie excluded, of course) :rolleyes: Hope that answers your question, Ari (even though I think you might have been looking for veterans to answer rather than a Violet Hill-a-loution newbie).
