 I never look at the rules in details, I thought america was in the lot...sorry.. :\ I carry the thought of you, so gently in my both hands... (or at least that what I understand?) Yeah right?!! The way is screaming the 'hooooome' is just heartbreaking! :bomb: :bigcry: It's part of the session they did the day of gig at the BBC, Gary said his voice was hoarse so he let Iain sing. For those who hasn't the courage to DL Anna's rip of MTV Germany, someone put it on YT in his totality [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e36T74bmWa8]YouTube- Interview With Tired Pony Part 1[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xEWHSGJE0Bg]YouTube- Interview With Tired Pony Part 2[/ame] Gary seems so sleepy  *cute*

Florence + The Machine
Isabella is always very gloom and not very smiley with fans... Chris is the drummer and Jim is on bass ^^ (if they haven't replaced him...) and Tom on harp <3 KWAF is the song I like less on the album but live it kicks ass actually! I love the version she did at the Hammersmith, with a long intro...was soo cool!! [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BOS0iPuoSeg]YouTube- Florence & The Machine Live @ Hammersmith Apollo - Kiss With A Fist[/ame] I want to go back :bigcry: Seems to me she has a little corset underneath...

I think the pizzas from Pizza Express have inspired them :P More seriously, it shouldn't surprise us since they wrote an entire album in 8 days and just took 1 or 2 take for each songs. Plus, Gary is a maniac when it comes to writting. He said a few times that between Eyes Open and 1000 million suns, he had wrote about 200 songs :stunned: ...impressed, is the least we can be!

Here (you even have the little banter that goes with it :D)! Cry my dear! (so powerful near the end when he's screaming at a distance from the micro... :bigcry: He putted all his heart, it was very moving... I was totally in awe looking at him....*teary again* ) [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=shBhzQeZ28U]YouTube- Tired Pony - I'll Carry You - HMV Forum, London 14/07/2010[/ame] and thinking they wrote this masterpiece just the day before :stunned: :bomb:

Kings of Leon
+1 and the opening acts have managed to endure it, so why can't they?! Imagine that happening at a Snow Patrol gig....I bet Gary would have transformed that into some legendary comedy act of his own :laugh3: +10000 that's just pigeon shit!! Yep, that's what I think too...They had already started to alienate fans since a little while and this 'incident' is gonna make things worst... I love their music and feel for them but this kind of behavior, as much as I love them, is pissing me off. And Nathan just tweeted this thisn morning... Seriously?! ...after what happened...An act like Coldplay would have play a free gig or sthg to make up for it but tweeting that feels a little insensitiv...

Rodolph & Robert - the topic for those who speak milleuze
EXCELLENT  No wonder you had such a great time!!! Love the bra :D That's so true... :smug: So here some epicness.... That one is a shared memory with V...Epicness starts around 2min30 till the end... Just a great exemple on how a band and his audience can feed on each other! Magical! [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUUnHsIUVWg]YouTube- Snow Patrol -Shut Your Eyes @Olympia-Paris 30/05/2010[/ame] A shared memory with Cam.... epic all along... Un, deux, trois....ALLEEEEEEEEZZZZZZZZZ [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YDCrQiZVAfU]YouTube- Florence and The Machine - Dog Days Are Over (27.06.10)[/ame] and I concluded with another shared memory with V again... very emotionnal that one... This song just breaks my heart...Tom Smith's haunting voice, the lyrics " when falling feels like flying, there’s a dangerous hope...cause the ground comes at you faster than you’d think...' and seing it live, with Gary all emotionnal while playing (look at his face, eyes closed, totally sinkin in Tom's performance and at the very end, his face, like 'OMG, WAOUHHH'....just :bigcry: + shiver [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IuBTN_WOQ30]YouTube- Tired Pony ft Tom Smith - The Good Book @ HMV Forum London 14-07-2010[/ame]

+1 Come on, I know (from experience ) that being shit on by a pigeon is not the most agreable thing on earth, but the venue is an 'open-air' so I guess the people of the venue would have known of the 'pigeon issue' if it was actually one?! Plus, how many bands have played in worth conditions than that!! Remember Coldplay under the storm at Abu Dhabi..?! Having your equipement ready to exploded is much more dangerous than pigeon shit... THAT!

Well, you could always hope, but sadly, I know my country, and on that matter, we SUCK BIG TIME  Jen, you should forget amazon and try PLAY.COM! It works exactly the same (you can order new or already used items) BUT THE SHIPPING IS FREE :awesome: http://www.play.com/ This site is eating my money badly I must say... I thought Snow Patrol was pretty know in the US with Grey's Anatomy and all... it's not the case?....I've always had a hard time figuring out what's popular out there and what's not...as a european, to me it's obvious...but I've always been surprised that bands like Oasis, that are MASSIV here and really are part of the 'cultural' background, are totally ignored in the US...And same goes for US music...I read sometimes Perez Hilton blog (yeah, yeah, bad I know :P ) and 60% of the artists he's speaking of, I don't have a clue of who they are... :inquisitive: the world works strangely. Good top 3! Mine would be: 1- *suspens*...lol The good book 2-I'll carry you :bigcry: I think I'll never recover from that live version.... 2-that silver necklace

Just saw it :awesome: As always with Nolan, he put on a masterpiece! Loved it! The action, the acting, the story, everything is full of details and meanings! But the end :bomb: hurt my brain XD

Me neither! And the same goes for us for movies, in here (depends on big or small movies), we have sometimes about a YEAR between a US release and a french in theater...and after that, french autorities are surprised that people DL illegally...seriously?! :dozey: As for the record, even in Europe, there are differences...Ireland got it on friday and the rest of us on monday  Yeah, I remember! He saw our booklets and said 'oh, you bought the album' and we said yes, so he asked us where we were from so I reply France and then he said jokingly 'they're still selling record there?!!' A nice P & G ITV (translated by our dear GoOgle from german) : http://translate.google.com/translate?js=y&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=1&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.weser-kurier.de%2FArtikel%2FNews%2FKultur%2FMusik%2FRock-Pop%2F203230%2FTired%2BPony%2Bsind%2Beine%2BAllstarband%2Bmit%2Bleisen%2BToenen.html&sl=de&tl=en G speaking about Thierry Henry's hand... we're on Ireland's side on that one babe!! But what made me laugh (looks @V for the polarbear ref): :laugh3:

Kings of Leon
I just saw that on twitter...what happens exactly?? They cancelled because pigeons were shitting on stage?? :inquisitive: seriously  If that's the reason, I'm kind ashamed of them...that's no big deal! How many bands have played in WAY worth conditions (storms, lightening, rain, etc...) and still manage to put on amazing performances. Poop pigeon is just a lame excuse to bail out IMO. I totally sympathize with the angry crowd, I would have been pissed too. That's not with that kind of behavior that they'll keep their fanbase...I'm very disapointed of them... :/ I really HOPE that someone will 'shake them up' and put some sense in them...back to reality KOL, it's urgent!

I guess that if people really want the album, they would order it via the UK sites (TP official or amazon-likes). But I don't get why albums have different release date in US and Europe..

No I'm talking about that: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ApR4VOtp1Kk]YouTube- Mika "Lollipop" @ Trabendo (Paris)[/ame] It changes through gigs, sometimes he was dress as a chicken or a crocodile XD :laugh3: excellent!!

Just watch the ITV (again Anna   ) Favorite quote: "Peter the cheerleader" Love how that man works, he brings such a good energy in this band and on stage  As for G, the return of the 'itching ear'...He always scratch his ear whenever he's nervous or doesn't know what to say :D He seemed sleepy but it was good to have both of them their impression on that have been going on before/after TP. I REALLY hope they'll do more shows (pray for WE gigs so I can go...) and a 2nd record. January guys, GO, GOOOOOOOOOOO!!! (please, record 'I'll carry you' :bomb:) Yeah, it feels good to hear him say that the next SP record will be more loose and that they will allow themselves more space and freedom, and not letting them being 'stuck'. Gary certainly won't overthink it as he said and it's good that the TP experience gave him more confidence! GO GUYS! and a big long german ITV of G & P.
