Neon Bible or Funeral
It's off topic, but I do love "Keep the Car Running."

Paul McCartney
Wow! I've met him on a few occassions. Only one time was I able to get in a word edgewise. And every time it was me chasing him like a rabid fan. I can't even imagine what to say if I was able to have a conversation of any length. Keep me posted. As you can tell from some of my other posts, I love hearing about people meeting their heroes.

DID Presents: The Battle of the Album – The Decades - 1960s -The Results
Thanks for the list. I know the top 10 like the back of my hand, most of 11-20, and after that, it gets a little patchy. The good news is that I now have a new list of albums to obtain in a manner other than purchasing. It's always hard for me to rate Beatles albums. I'm probably not as big of fan of Sgt. Pepper and The White Album as most people. I was happy to see Pet Sounds on the list. It would be a little higher on my list, though.

"Swede" dreams are made of this?
Being from America, I find the entire idea of "royalty" to be a trip. It blows my mind how much people get into that stuff. That's not a judgment one way or the other; I just find it amazing.

I like both, but I prefer Funeral.

Radiohead
You're right. I'm sure there was no time for that over the last 3.5 years. Obviously, no one in Radiohead cares what I think. It's simply a discussion on a discussion board.

Coldplayings favourite songs that are 4th on the tracklisting of an album of ALL TIME
I put together a list, but I can't narrow it down to a reasonable length.

The Beach Boys
Yeah, I'm probably a bigger Beatles fan, too. The Beach Boys are much more of a singles band (with the exception of Pet Sounds). But I love both bands, and their careers follow similar paths. Not only were they competing against each other, but they both moved from pop songs to far more advanced arrangements. My parents used to play the Beach Boys and Beatles over and over, and I just became a fan. Songs like Don't Worry Baby, Warmth of the Sun, Surfer Girl, and God Only Knows have some of the best harmonies I've ever heard. And songs like Wouldn't It Be Nice, Sloop John B, and Good Vibrations are just genius, IMO. Too bad Brian Wilson rows with one oar in the water.

The Offical "The Killers" Thread
Yeah, I am angry they cut Sweet Talk from the cd. I've only heard it live once (at a talk show, oddly enough), and it's fantastic. That's the moment I fell in love with that song, especially the ending.

The Offical "The Killers" Thread
I can't stop listening to the Royal Albert Hall live album. The Killers are at their best when they are live. Songs like Bling, All These Things That Ive Done, Sam's Town, etc. take on a whole different dynamic when played live. I think Ronnie is the 2nd most important member of The Killers. He pushes them when they play live.

The Beach Boys
It's summer in Southern California, so I had to give a bump to one of my favorite bands, The Beach Boys. Their music just makes me happy :)

Recommendations fooor...
It's funny but I can't workout without music. My ipod was out of juice the other day at the gym, and the gym sound system was off. I had a hard time getting through my workout.
