I really really don't like my mix. It's only like a half hour long so far and the ones I made in the past I put sooooo much more effort into.

^ It's already been pretty much a rule in the last couple mixtape exchanges that no one include Coldplay as well as some pretty common and well known bands around here like Muse or Radiohead etc.

Coldplay also helped me by introducing me to other bands and better music. We all seem to become very jaded about Coldplay after being on here after a while, don't we? We start off on here all excited about the band and their music and loving them more than any other band, and then slowly everyone seems to slowly lose some of that interest whether through disappointment with the band or by discovery of someone else whose music is seemingly superior. And then many seem to be here only because once upon a time they loved the band and now they either just like them or want to talk to other users. Only a handful of people seem to be on here for an extended period of time and still absolutely love the band. Its rather sad.

^I agree. Nearly every song off that album was great, imo. "It Won't Be Soon Before Long" was alright but nowhere near as good, and though I do like their new single, it doesn't have the same grab as some of their previous stuff.

There's no straight up color balance in elements, but did something similar with changing the color curves. It looks alright but I can never get them to look like they're a completely different tone. Thanks for the idea :) . Dodge and burn (once I found them) worked really well, much better than anything else I've found. I'd been just replacing the color on their faces with something lighter. It worked ok, but was an obvious change. Thanks for your help! :D

Hey, I'm really bad with graphic stuff, but I was wondering if any of you guys could please tell me a semi-easy way to change a persons skin tone, like make a very dark skinned person look caucasian and vice versa, using photoshop elements? I bow down in awe of your superior editing skills.

Ok, so I looked up the nearest eight antique stores in my area and drove out to them figuring I'd find something, but have come back completely empty handed! Four of them don't even exist anymore, one was pretty much just furniture, two said they didn't have any pictures (which was weird considering they had everything else under the sun) and one had to close early so I couldn't go inside! How ridiculous is that?! And I'm still going to go out next weekend to an antique show and a couple other stores just for this darn project. Guy, you better be grateful for any pictures I find. :angry:

Um, hate to break it to you but Coldplay are pretty much as mainstream as you can get as well. I mean they don't have little girls screaming for them, but they are played and recognized by the same pop radio stations and people as Taylor Swift.:confused:
