I can picture it: traveling on train, couch-surfing, eating value meals of all fast-food places, my iPod filled with Coldplay songs, meeting other Coldplayers, and making vigils outside the arenas or stadium holding a blue sing with bright orange letters saying "ALL THE WAY FROM FLORIDA" in hopes of getting an upgrade :lol:

U2 played more than one song? AWESOME! I just checked on YouTube, and someone posted a vid of their rehearsal. They played "City of Bliding Lights" YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! I liked that song even before Obama used it. About DC being crowed, I'll guess I'll feel the same in two weeks when the Super Bowl takes places in Tampa. AND I live close to the stadium, which means traffic will be a nightmare :confused:

I remember being in school for Bush's second inaguration, so I couldn't see it even though the marching band of our high school was chosen to be part of the Inaguration parade. Going off-topic, my family and I have always talked about of what a big challenge it was going to be for whoever won to be President. AND that was before the financial meltdown. The economic downturn was already being felt in my town because we are having a ginormous housing bubble-burst. While we understand that this is a historic moment that means a lot to many people (we're immigrants from a rather homogenous mixed-race nation), we worry about what's next after the shine wears off (haha, Coldplay quoting)

What upsets me the most is that the majority of people who aren't fans listen to music that is nowhere as good as Coldplay Another pet peeve: people who say they like Coldplay, but the only song they know is Viva La Vida, and maybe also Yellow, The Scientist or Speed of Sound.
