Lol, not necessarily slow and heavy. Just not too heavy or too slow. And happy medium. And hmmm... not really into classic rock. And thanks Briggins, but I dunno, sounds too folky. I was thinking more rock-ish and sort of atmospheric? I'm bad with adjectives. :( Any other suggestions guys? :)

Please? I feel like I am in a bit of a music rut. Something slow, but still quite heavy. Lol, I dunno what I mean. Basically not all frantic with too many instruments and too much noise. One that has meaningful, kind of sensitive lyrics that will put me in either a depressed or thoughtful mood. Some bands in this style that I like for reference : Coldplay, White Lies, U2, Killers, KoL, Keane, Radiohead, etc etc. I wouldn't even mind something a lot more upbeat like Franz Ferdinand, as long as it's brilliant. So what am I missing out on? I don't care if the album is old or whatever. I just want music that's new to ME.

I liked the Ne-yo comment about Chris' lyrics and how they're so open to interpretation. It's very true and effective. And I'm sure Chris would be happy to hear that.

Someone on Facebook just made a note with the lyrics to Fix You. So I obviously had to comment about how great the song is. Then she said yeah.. I love the lyrics. So then I explained how Chris wrote it for Gwyneth, lol. I don't think she cared. :P

Didn't Matt help Chris write the piano bits for Politik? I'd say Chris is the better song writer. Matt's better with instruments. No?

I agree with AROBTTH. And yeah, I was also shocked when I first found out about each single being a band member. They're just pictures of them using light refracting (or something) photography. Pretty cool. I was always confused as to why they all had faces except for Clocks, which I thought was a bunch of circles. Then it was finally pointed out that it was Chris and it all made sense. Super cool. My favorite single artwork is probably The Scientist.

You guys should totally throw a pair of those at Jonny on stage. That would be amazing. :P
