It's a radio single in the Netherlands as well now... Last night there was a TV show on in which a radio dj presents all the new singles, and he announced Up In Flames quite extensively as 'the new Coldplay single'... He even had a promo CD! Went to see them again this Tuesday in Amsterdam, and they were brilliant! I was really happy that they played Neon River (my favourite song on Strangeland) and they played a surprise second encore with Under Pressure! My ears were still ringing two days later! Anyways, very happy I get to see them two more times next month, and I'm just hoping the sound will be better then.

Yep, I went there as well! Though I wouldn't really compare Keane to Coldplay, as they are both so different both in audience size and their way of performing... Coldplay do pretty much exactly the same every night, whereas Keane seem to try and not plan everything ahead. I've seen them 5 times so far this year, and every night was entirely different. Them playing Under Pressure was an amazing surprise, hope they will keep on doing that as they play a great cover of it! ^Full concerts can easily fit onto a Blu-ray, but clearly Coldplay has decided to not release a full concert. It's probably indeed going to be more of a documentary movie that switches between live songs and interview/backstage bits. To be honest, I'd rather they just released a full concert with all the interview bits as an extra... but I guess we'll see in November. :)

^^I don't think The Hague was filmed, but I think London was... Can't wait for this by the way! Sure, I've made a Blu-ray of the Glasto gig, but nothing beats a proper film with the xylobands! :D

Apparently, one of the Paralympic tennis players who is a big fan of the band tweeted that they were there and soundchecking... guess they're really there then! After so many years, we get Coldplay and Keane at the same event again :P

Hearing rumours Keane are playing as well tonight... this might just be even more amazing than I already expected it to be!

Maybe at 7.30 Channel 4 will just have a pre-show or something and then the real thing starts at 8.30? Seems a more sensible time to me... Plus, the Belgian channel is broadcasting live from 8.30-11.30... So either they will broadcast it with an hour delay or the actual ceremony starts later.

^That's indeed a live version, you can find it on the Deluxe Edition of Hopes and Fears (released in 2009) as "Somewhere Only We Know (Lamacq Live)". It's on the first disc.

Does anyone know if you can bring your own food and stuff? My ticket only says I'm not allowed to bring plastic bottles or soda cans or any alcohol, but nothing on food...

To be honest, I really don't care whether they'll play Amsterdam or Warning Sign... I love both songs and I haven't heard either live yet, so I'm happy with anything :) Four days!!!

Hey guys, Couldn't really think of a better place to post this, and sorry if it's been asked before... I bought the MX tour book at the European tour last year in December, and I was wondering if the one they're selling on the current European tour is any different?
