Ok, both my mum and I will be trying to get 2 tickets, but we only need 3 so if by any stroke of luck we both manage, we will have an extra ticket which I will of course sell for face value to someone on Coldplaying :) (this is if magic happens though, I obviously don't have any guarantee!)

I'd managed to save my nerves until tonight, but now I'm absolutely bricking it - thinking about it brings on panicked breathing and I'm pretty sure I'm sweating. And it isn't even the day! Please dear Lord or whichever deity might be up there, just let me get a ticket?!

Oh, I know it's intentional but I just don't like it :/ I think I'm personally just disappointed because I thought the solo would be something Violet Hill-esque and it isn't

Just seen the ticket prices :uhoh: I'm a poor, broke student - I adore the band but those prices are taking the biscuit! Do people think it's the band or the Hall who're charging that? I mean, I'll probably still try but it's extortionate :(

I just absolutely love this song. To me, it's just instant, classic Coldplay - don't get me wrong, I love that they always evolve their sound, but for something that just hits me like "Yes, this is a Coldplay song" - this is it. I can't understand why it's a bonus track, but I love it.

I actually really like this. Love the woman singing and Chris' lower register. Haven't quite decided how I feel about the effects, the kind of radar thing but I think that's because I'm so unused to Coldplay adding in 'weird' things :laugh3: Oooh and the guitar at the end is excellent!

I'm just going to add my vote to bringing this thread back to its fully-flung pervy glory! I miss those days... new pictures everyday... pervy captions on ALL of them...! I miss the Buckin madness :(

Lyrically not very strong. I know (and appreciate, to some extent) the criticisms of Chris' lyrics generally, but would say GS is not particularly excellent lyrics-wise. Jonny's guitar in True Love. Everyone loves it, I just find it really weird. Sad but oh well. Length. It's just over so quickly!

I cried. Not buckets but more than a film 'single tear down the cheek' cry either. O may have broken me a little.

Ok.. I feel like I'm the only one here... but I really don't like the dissonant guitar? I was waiting for what everyone was calling 'the best thing Coldplay have ever done' and it just fell so flat for me. Personally, I just don't feel like it works - to my ears, it just sounds off, not like a really cool musical technique. I don't know, perhaps I'm not musically literate enough to appreciate it but I was really looking forward to it and now I don't know what to feel :confused:

Yep, now that I've finally managed to make it onto the page, there is absolutely nothing left. Sometimes 1 comes up but you can't even choose which category so it's impossible to try and get them!

Ugh, I'm sorry ColdplaySheffield! I'm so happy for those who got tickets on here but if I see tickets going up for 5x the price on eBay or whatever I'm going to be so mad. I guess I just have to hope for London now, I'd love to see them at the RAH (dream venue) but if these ticket sales are any indication of how it goes... :(

I've had tickets 3 times and EVERY time the site has crashed. So frustrating
