After the ETIAW release had that one as my alarm quite a while. It was so loud I had to jump out of bed to put if of, while being pissed of. And go back to bed of course.

The song that got me hooked to the band was Violet Hill after it's single release btw. I know, I was late. But I made up for it :P

I'm in the lucky position that all of my close friends are Coldplay fans. Not as die hard as I am, but only a little bit less. We queued for 8 hours in Nijmegen before the show started, 5 hours on Werchter and 3 hours in Rotterdam. With the result we always came very close to the band :). We'll probably do the same in Den Haag.

I noticed it too. Saw some 'friends' on Facebook who bought 8 tickets or more. And I know people with tickets for the show of which I didn't knew they even knew the band. Man, I got to be up front there. In the middle is going to be dramatic.:\

@loftarasa Very interesting story and I really enjoyed some of your examples. It also shows that it takes a good preparation to do this thing properly. Still offering my help to edit. Have plenty of experience of Final Cut Pro on my MacBook Pro. I don't think I will be able to record something, the only camera that comes close to HD is the one on my phone but it's still not good enough. And my next Coldplay gig is in september in The Hague (Holland), so still far away.

At some point I had inserted the paperclip correctly apparently and it kept glowing. One little move later and it just flashed again.
