  1. Preferably earlier than 8 PM EST.
  2. Honestly I'd prefer the current demissionary government (also a bunch of crappy suckerlosers to no end) to a government that piece of shit is involved in. :blank:
  3. University sounds more prestigious than college (which it also usually is, I guess).
  4. I'd listen to that if it were at a reasonable time. :P What about OKC (since it's OKC day and all)? Or has that one been done already?
  5. Well, this piece of shit is one of our representatives in parliament: Hardly anything to be happy about. :blank: And his party is sort of in the coalition for the new government. :disappointed:
  6. This really confuses me but I guess I'll just forget about that now.
  7. The Tourist is great as well. If I'd have to pick favourites from this album, it's definitely Let Down - Exit Music - The Tourist. But to be honest I don't care that much for the album as a whole for some reason. I love nearly every track on it (except for the ones that Muse basically plagiarized) but I always just listen to single tracks instead of the whole thing. :disappointed:
  8. *googles* That's just plain confusing. And here I thought our system was complicated. :D
  9. *looks at Karma Police litho* :wacky: Exit Music/Let Down are my favourites from this album. Preferably listened back to back, although Let Down is loads loads loads better. Might even be my fave RH song. :nice:
  10. Starting in September. :nice: New course, yay.
  11. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nMwp3wWYjRg]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nMwp3wWYjRg[/ame] :awesome: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-uv_simb1I]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-uv_simb1I[/ame] One of the best music videos ever imo. :dead:
  12. That performance is so good. It's one of my favourites. :nice: This is pretty epic as well: [ame= ] [/ame] :D
  13. I only ever tried a water pipe, not impressed. :blank:
  14. I've been meaning to get that for months now. About Today on the EP is so good. :bomb:
  15. That actually sounds pretty good. :cheesy:
  16. Yeah, time wasting crap right? :( There was a separate topic about it last week-ish.
  17. Akira Kosemura is great. :wacky: http://www.myspace.com/kose0606 Chopin's Preludes album is pretty stunning as well.
  18. Awh. The Bends. I love it. It's my third most listened album on last.fm (after Kid A and In Rainbows) and it's definitely in my top three favourite RH albums as well. It's also the first RH album I really got into so it still feels kind of special. I love the guitars on this one and the overall accessibility of the album. And the second half is SO good. Compared to later releases (coughkidaandamnesiaccough) The Bends has such a normal and mainstream-y sound. Unweird. That doesn't make it bad though. At all. Attempt at survey: Favorite song – Dunno. I LOVE Bulletproof/Black Star/Sulk. Guess it's Bulletproof then. Least favorite song – High and Dry Most listened to song (iTunes/last.fm) - Fake Plastic Trees Least listened to song (iTunes/last.fm) - High and Dry/Planet Telex/(Nice Dream) Favorite song musically - Fake Plastic Trees. The ending is so beautiful. :dead: Favorite song lyrically – Street Spirit Favorite line of the album - Eh, dunno. "Immerse yourself in love" is a really powerful line, but I haven't got any stand outs. Haven't listened to the album in quite some time though. Most overrated song - Fake Plastic Trees probably. *hides* Most underrated song - Black Star Current favorite - Bulletproof Favorite when you first listened to the album - Street Spirit By the way, I love Street Spirit, but for some reason I can't listen to it too much. It er.. kinda scares me. :freak: The video is beautiful though.
  19. Yes please. Edit: You're going to gain/lose people anyway depending on the time. Maybe just do the next album earlier and another one later or something so more different people can join.
  20. B-sides sounds like a great idea. :nice: I might join for The Bends, if I'm still awake by then. (3,5 hours to go, right?) Damn Atlantic. :disappointed: By the way, I really like this listening party thing, but I've never been able to join one because of the time difference (and work and other real life stuff) so maybe the next one could be a little earlier? Mid-late afternoon EST would be great.
  21. *buys ticket for show* :wacky: The Amsterdam show originally sold out in a few hours, but tickets from touts got cancelled, yay. :awesome: SO EXCITED. :freak:
  22. :bigcry: :bigcry: :bigcry: :bigcry: :bigcry: I was so sure they would do a show in Amsterdam after Dusseldorf. It's logical. :whip:
  23. That's hilarious. Beige. :D
  24. Nah, keep the thread alive. I rather like your drawings. :nice: Photo experiment: Not edited. :wacky:
  25. I get my groceries at Lidl, mostly. If I had more money, I'd get my vegetables at the market, but that is quite expensive here (a shame, because I love veggies). :\ I never spend much money on bakery products and none on meat, no matter where I buy it though.
