Actually writing a message in French would probably be too much of an effort. :sweatdrop: I think the problem is that the words sound so cheesy. :wacky: (so I'm really glad I'm not an English native speaker :tongue:)

I do understand French. Not everything of course, but in a song probably 50% or something. If I really pay attention. :nice: And we truly have the worst of the worst music. :disappointed:

The part where Win starts to sing (about halfway through the song) is probably one of my favourite Neon Bible moments. :heart: I love the French part in Une Année because it's so weird (and seemingly random). :D I don't mind music in French, but in Dutch on the other hand.. *shudder*

Also Haïti and Black Wave :wacky: I love both, but I tend to skip the first three songs off Neon Bible. I don't know why really because it's not like they are bad. They just don't appeal as much to me as the rest of the album. I also have a preference for Funeral because I like the sound better and overall I think most songs are better as well. Neon Bible has a couple of really strong songs though. It's a close call. :\
