Yeah, but most of those places looked a lot better in the movies. :P And most of those tours are rather silly, I mean, dressing up like elves and such? I don't care about who likes which band best, but it will be interesting to see who is going to take the time slot.

I like some songs and I can see that their influence on pop music was major. But still, I think they are overrated, but that doesn't mean they are no good. I prefer the later weirdish stuff, but there are at least 60s 5-6 bands/artists I like better. I have 22 Johnny Cash albums from the 60s in my library. I could make a Cash-only list. :wacky: There is still hope. :P

All the questions that were vital to the storyline and how it ended were addressed. If we never get answers to those millions of (mainly) mythology related questions, I am fine with that. But if the creators do decide to give us more answers (eg via the encyclopedia that will be released in August), that's cool but not something I'm gonna be waiting for. Lost has always been about the unanswered questions, I would actually like it if that remained so. Keep the mysteries and theories alive! :tongue: And re: Oracles view on the finale - people who haven't seen the whole series shouldn't judge how the creators decided to end the show (or any other aspect of the show, for that matter..). And how can you not get into season 2? :freak:

I agree. I expected something epic because the last two island episodes in the present were practically mindblowing. It was all just too easy. Who would've thought Smokey would've been killed so.. effortlessly almost? I still liked the episode, but it didn't live up to my expectations. Compared to other season finales, this one was rather tame.

darkUFO has been the best LOST source for years. I've followed his blogs since 2006 or something, but stayed away during season 6 because he always has major, major spoilers. I'm finally catching up (and sharing :P) now. :nice: As I understand it, island timeline is real (everything of it), alt timeline is some sort of made up fantasy world.
