Lost: Season 6 (The Finale) [OFFICIAL THREAD]
I'm already excited. :disappointed: But the last Sawyer centric was pretty meh and the one before that wasn't all that interesting either, so my expectations aren't exactly high. I'm glad Sawyer finally gets some screentime though. :cheesy:

Nah, I didn't take my camera because I was out of batteries. :disappointed: I'm pretty sure there are videos of people tearing prints from the walls though. Going shopping for frames this week. :cheesy:

Radiohead
Sort of because I didn't really get to talk to him. I'm really lazy/tired (it's nearly 2 am here) so I'll just do some copying/pasting. A couple of pages ago, there were some posts about an exhibition of Stanley's work in Heerlen, NL (basically in the middle of nowhere, train was a pain :disappointed:) called Red Maze. Myra and I decided to go the last day because you could loot the place. [laziness starts here] [/laziness ends here] Suffice to say, everyone behaved like, well, idiots to get some nice artwork. It was kind of embarrassing because there were cameras everywhere filming greedy people. I got some great stuff, including the cd I posted about and two silk screens. Got one of the silk screens signed and that's when I met him. Nothing to report really, though, because he was really busy signing stuff. And he wasn't all that talkative. I'd wanted to ask whether he'd already started on LP8 artwork, but I don't think he would have answered that anyway. I'll post some pics tomorrow. Sleep now. :P

John Mayer
Try! is just beyond awesome. LOVE the guitars! It's my favourite so far. *buy* :wacky: I've listened to all of his studio albums now, I think. I liked Room for Squares the best and Continuum the least. Songs are okay, sound is sort of shitty. :freak: Ah, the guitars.. :awesome:

Radiohead
Okay, so this isn't exactly Radiohead, but I thought you might find it interesting.. I got my hands on one of the Six Inch Records releases yesterday. That's Stanley Donwood's label. :nice: http://www.6inchrecords.com/ This is the one I have. It's sorta classicalish and easy listening stuff. And it's got the scary Radiohead bear on it. Oh, and I sort of met Stanley yesterday. :D

Los Campesinos!
It was a crappy performance. Lots of chaos and noise.

Addiction to Radiohead
Yep. It took me a good while to get into Kid A, but once it clicked.. :awesome: I also found Amnesiac really easy to like after listening to Kid A, but I guess there are more "instant like" songs on it as well. I've only listened to PH two or three times and the only song I liked was You (and Anyone Can Play Guitar, but that's because it's a silly song). Plus, I don't like Creep :dozey: (although the acoustic version on My Iron Lung EP is decent). Can't say I was impressed, but I might give it another try soon.

It makes no sense whatsoever, but I like The Bends better than OKC and Kid A. :wacky:

Something to Sleep To
I always start with Bon Iver, then Midlake and when I REALLY can't sleep Sigur Rós' ( ). After that I give up. I am a part-time insomniac. :dozey:
