  1. That's forever amazing. Immortalising that gem in my signature ^ :laugh3: THAT GIF MAN.
  2. Ines!! It's good to see you again. I'm good thanks, how are you? And I don't like Lady Gaga, so you know, the only things I have to say about her are snide and derogatory anyway. And no, she is not automatically bad because she's not got a guitar/pretentious... She's just plain old bad. You've got your music taste, I've got mine. Now piss off this thread and go plague someone else. If you don't like Muse, don't bloody well come in to our thread and expect people to be accommodating of your music taste in return.
  3. Anyway, could you just leave this thread...? You ruined our moments of Wolstenfiercing to insult us, and it's uncool bro.
  4. Oh yeah, you're right, I do look down on pop music. Mainly because it's manufactured. At least with my musical elitism of Muse I know the bands actually had to work to get their music out there and get signed.
  5. Bahaha. Well have fun watching that career flounder and wither away until there is nothing left but 'the ginger one from Girls Aloud. Y'know Girls Aloud? Popstars the Rivals?'
  6. ^ Trololololololololololol Nah, I think him singing in falsetto is better than, y'know, not being able to sing at all. Did I go there? Oh yeah. I did.
  7. :laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3: Someone throwing stones when their siggy is a picture of an ex-member of Girls Aloud. :laugh3::laugh3::laugh3:
  8. ^WOLSTENFIERCE STRIKES AGAIN. HE HAS TEH POWERS OF DP.
  9. It was so Wolstenfierce that CP ended up double posting it. Chris Martinz was all like: 'ohmygod, it's the Wolstnefierce Chris. My wa-wa-waterfalls are no match to your zetas. Please don't hurt me.' :stunned: I haven't had enough sleep. Next I'm going to faceplant and just drool on the carpet.
  10. RAWR. That's WOLSTENFIERCE FOR YOU.
  11. I think you've pretty much summed it up by noticing there is a high Wolstensaturation in the thread. We're creating a Wolstenary. Violet is the chief fluent speaker of Wolstenlish. Oh and there is a Wolstentally of Wolstenpoints, awarded when you show that you are worthy of Wolstenfiercing.
  12. Looking at this I'm so glad you didn't get my mixtape. I'd have been your worst nightmare. I love The Vaccine and The Wombats man :P
  13. ^^ That's Wolstenful! :awesome:
  14. And so the Wolstensystem of Wolstenpoints was born... A system that all Musers now use to designate their Wolstenfierceness on a scale of: Wolstenbaby to Wolstenbeast to Wolstenfierce to Wolstensupersaiyan
  15. ^ You are the only one with the appropriate Wolstendentials for this.
  16. ^ WOLSTENPOINTS?!? We need these in our lives. Start a Wolstentally to see who is the Wolstenfiercest.
  17. Ikr? They're so awful like that. No consideration for the fans at all. I would say that I like Plans and Transatlanticism in equal measures. I think that's probably because Plans has 'Crooked Teeth' and 'Marching Bands of Manhattan' and they're two of my favourite Death Cab tracks. Narrow Stairs divides me because I like some of the tracks-- but can leave others behind. The one-that-shall-not-be-named is a little mehhh. They dun broked a formula that werked. And we got Cults this week  But yes, I also agree with this point. Worth a gander at definitely.
  18. Aww guys, I'm really flattered! Not a problem at all. Love spreading the word, expanding the horizons :D
  19. ^ :stunned: You haven't Violet. Go, go listen! I'd recommend Plans or Transatlanticism as their better albums. *shoos you*
  20. I wouldn't say Violet Hill was either.
  21. I've listened to it about 10 times now. I'm warming to it. But I still find it incredibly meh. It was a five, it will stay a five.
  22. I fear I may have started a Wolstenlution
  23. I am going to say what I said in the Coldplay thread here... I'm just finding it meh. It's not terribly offensive to music... But at the same time there is no hook, nothing that will grab me and say 'yes, this is Coldplay, listen to it again and again'. I'm hoping it will grow on me, but I don't know.
  24. I don't quite know what to make of it. I just feel overwhelmingly meh about it. There's nothing that takes my breath away and catches me unaware. There's nothing that makes it want to keep it playing over and over again. I do like the guitar work in it though, and I wish they'd subtract some of the overwhelmingly pop-synths and just go pure guitar on it. It gets better from halfway through in that respect. But at the same time, there's nothing about it that I can particularly dislike either. It's catchy enough, it doesn't offend the ears too much and I don't think I'd object to it being played anywhere. I guess if it was from another band then I'd be celebrating it and loving it, but because I expect a little more of a thunking wow from Coldplay it leaves me feeling a little empty. If the album is going to be more of the same, then I'm going to be a bit disappointed because I was expecting something bigger, better and bolder. Also, I revoke an earlier comment I made about liking the line: 'I'd rather be a comma than a full stop.' Because in the song, it physically makes me cringe.
