I also wonder how long the voting process itself will take; there will be a boatload of stuff on the ballot, not just voting for the President. I will be glad when I don't have to listen to all these commercials anymore! Ugh!

For those voting early, it's hard to say because the results for those won't be released until after the polls close on election day anyway. I'm not sure there's any particular pattern for early voters, just those who know they won't have much time on election day and/or won't be in town that day (if you vote in person, you can only go to your specific voting precinct). The polls may be close right now, but also keep in mind that we have the lovely little ability to elect someone into office even if they don't have the majority of the actual popular vote. Each State is "all or nothing" with the electoral votes, more populous States get more electoral votes, that's part of the reason why election night after the polls close is so interesting. I'm trying to find a funny little video from Saturday Night Live that pokes fun at all the polls. While I'm looking, I'll put this here in the meantime.

In that case, I would say as a starting point, maybe approach your mom and tell her that you would like to actually have a conversation with both her and your dad regarding the note. Then she will probably indicate whether or not your dad saw the note. When you are able to sit down with both of them to talk about the note, you can mention this as well. No point in having two separate conversations, one to discuss a&b and the other to discuss c.

Yes! :cheesy: I googled him the other day and a wiki page came up and mentioned he was in the video, I was like WWUUUHHHH and watched it to try and find him. So I didn't have the closest seats in the world, but at least I had a good view of everything: We were right next to the scoreboard: I'm glad they didn't put Valverde in as the closer, he might have been booed. Coke did a great job! So tickets went on sale for the World Series this morning. The queue for tickets was insane. After being in queue for a couple of hours, it still had me in queue, but the message at the top changed to say tickets weren't availalbe. NICE. And when I did get through the queue, thinking that something opened up, sure enough it was sold out. Now it takes you to Stub Hub. Ha ha NO THANKS.
