Yes, they have the same option here. I really do not understand why people choose to reveal it in public like that. They are only setting themselves up for trouble, people will be crawling out of the woodwork "hey old pal, remember me, hey can you give me just a little money?" No thanks. I would tell a very few key people, but that's it. And I wouldn't go making it obvious, although since I'd travel the world I suppose people might get suspicious after awhile.
