  1. I like it, actually. I like the parallel with A Sky Full of Stars. Really, though, it's hard to tell how good a title is until you know what it's the title of. Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends is an overly long, rather confusing title but I love it because I know the music it represents.
  2. 1. Viva 2. Arobtth 3. Ghost Stories 4. X&Y 5. Parachutes 6. MX
  3. I really like what Chris was saying about LP7 during the Sirius interview, though. Talking about how he feels like it'll be a conclusion to the first 6 albums.
  4. If anything I'd say Mylo Xyloto was Coldplay's T2L...
  5. Really like this one
  6. JackZ replied to Wilson's topic in Coldplay
Well Chris said on a recent interview that a certain song they were working on wouldn't be out until next year but he couldn't say more about it, so it seems likely that LP7 is planned for next year. However, Coldplay always seems to schedule their albums to be released years before they actually are.
  7. So wait, do you have to pre-order it to get the deluxe edition, or will those be available in stores too?
  8. What was it he said about the extra tracks for target?
  9. Is it called O as in the letter or is it zero?
  10. While Muse are obviously tough competition, with the effects Coldplay have had on this tour it'd be insane if they didn't win.
  11. I agree, and just saying, the 2006 toronto performance of it is AMAZEBALLS. With the special effects and the vocals, its awesome.
  12. I hear it, but just because things sound similar doesn't mean that Mumford and Sons are trying to rip of Coldplay. Who cares if they sound the same? That doesn't mean that the bands should get into some big legal battle. It's no big deal.
  13. I wasn't talking about you saying ETIAW is bad, and I like it too. I also can't stand that whole Wa wa wa wa claim. Just because the lyrics on the website are written like that doesn't mean that's how its sung. Its WaAaAaAaterfall. Anyway, I'm not mad. I don't really care. You were just annoying me and everybody was being so polite about your baseless claims, so I decided I wanted to call you out on being too critical. You're the one that needs to calm down, really. If you don't like the performance, then fine, but why bother posting over and over about these simple things that everyone else loved. You can't legitimately claim that Chris ruined the performance when everyone besides you liked it.
  14. I know he's allowed. I'm not trying to stop him, I'm just voicing my opinion about him. If he wants to bash Chris for wearing nice clothes to a nice event, I really don't see why bashing him for being overly critical is any different. I just don't get why he'd waste his time complaining that Chris' jokes were horrible and that his suit was somehow too nice which apparently means that Chris doesn't care at all about the music anymore? Like wtf are you doing on a Coldplay fansite if you have nothing good to say about the performance except, "Stripe was good"? There's a fine line between criticism and just bashing. Saying that ETIAW is too poppy is criticism. Saying that Chris screwed every single part about that lovely performance is just annoying. Sorrrrrrrrrry Lukestar. Just my opinion.
  15. Yeah, because you're sort of being annoying. People keep saying that they liked the performance, and rightfully so, and you come along and say it wasn't good because why? Because Chris wore a tie?
  16. You are such a bummer. Gosh, do you not have anything better to do than criticize this one performance, and the clothes that Chris wears?
  17. Gesse, its got to be soooooo humbling to be in this line up. Almost anywhere Chris goes he's the most famous guy around, but tonight he's just playing for 10 minutes, 4 hours into a show. Almost makes Coldplay seem small.
  18. Hmmmm. Guys. I think he's trying to tell us something... Is it the Board Rundown, boy? Is it fake?
  19. Why would you claim that the schedule is fake and then get excited about what it says is to be played?
  20. Haha but Jonny seemed to know what Chris was talking about, so it could turn out to be true. We thought Chris was just trolling when he said LP5 would start with an M and be 2 words so...
  21. I enjoyed Paradise, Every Teardrop, and HLH, but Paradise takes my vote.
  22. Honestly, how can you think any of that is true? Do you really think Coldplay made put all this effort into storyboarding the video, comics, and album all so that they could make a marginal profit off of five dollar comics that nobody but the biggest Coldplay fans will buy? If they just wanted to make a few extra bucks, they would've just played an extra stadium show or something and made twice as much money with very little effort. Whether or not the comic is a good idea or not is subjective, but Coldplay think it's a good idea, and if they want to promote their own ideas, why shouldn't they be allowed to?
