The tickets are sold out. There are people selling them online, you risk it being a scam and paying way too much money for it. There are a few contests going on that will give you tickets, but I guess you have to live in Brazil to participate. (they involve signing a plan with a telephone company or being a student at a public school) There will be more contests in the future. I'll try to post them here when they come along. I literally don't know what I'd do if I got to see them perform Everything's not lost live. Given the fact that I have that song tattooed on my arm and that they will play in Rock in Rio in october the day after my birthday and that I'm working at Rock in Rio, I think I'd die.

I'm completely in love with it. :) I was on the fence as to whether or not finish it with a period or not. but then I found a blemish that worked perfectly as a period. hahaha

I got "everything's not lost" on my arm. I wanted it to be as small as possible, and look like it was printed on my arm. You know, computer type face.. I've been wanting to get this specific tattoo since 2003, when I first got ridiculously into coldplay (it was around the same time I got into computers and the internet, and I expressed my love of coldplay alot through the internet/computers - message boards, I made fansites, collages, all that. I'm still a geek, so the tattoo would express that aspect of my life too. It's really subtle and I have to twist my arm a little bit in order to see it, which I like. I work on computers all day I can't see it when I'm typing, so I won't get tired of it too soon. I waited the longest time to make sure it was something I really wanted. And recently I got a job working at Rock in Rio - which the boys are going to headline in October 2011. So one day I just woke up and said "I'm ready to do it now".

I'm leaving to go get mine in a little bit. I'm a big nervous. I'll post it here when I'm done.

OMG OMG! I have this weird looking friend I've made recently, I kind of completely fell for him. I've never seen this pic before, and I can't help but realize how ridiculously alike my friend looks like Will in this picture/period of time. Unconscious need to be with coldplay member, maybe? (I have already dated this really really ugly guy who I think reminds Jonny when he best looks like a road truck driver - longer ginger beard, weird hair topped by a hat - and I was quite conscious about their resemblance. - but don't tell anyone)

You'll be able to buy regular tickets when they go on sale in July and have them mailed to you. Only the Rock in Rio Cards (the current presale) can't be mailed or bought internationally.

I'm all for the South American meet up! I had the chance to meet and hangout with Cris, Paulinha and Li earlier this year at their gig in Rio. Cris and I went to the hotel afterwards and met Chris and Debs, it was awesome! You should come anyways. I'm sure the lineup will be great. It's a six day festival. It should great fun!

For those of you my fellow international friends wanting to come to Rock in Rio to see Coldplay: The Rock in Rio Card is available only for Brazilian citizens, you'll need a brazilian ID number to buy it. But don't be too sad. The Card is only a Christms pre-sale. There are only 100k for sale and you buy them now, and not until next year do you choose what day you want to go to, when the whole line up is confirmed. The regular tickets will go on sale July 1st and you don't have to be a Brazilian citizen to get one. They cost R$190 and R$95 for students. I'd be glad to help you out with any other doubts there might be. If I end up not replying here, feel free to PM me. :)
