Thanks, Amanda. I was trying to figure out something special to say about you, but I think your name sums it up perfectly. But I do need to think of a new avatar. The one I have is sub-par.

I've had my trainers for about 4 years. I spent abut 50 pounds on them, though (well, the equivalent to). They better have lasted! The heals are worn, though, but the soles are good.

Don't you like those days where everything is kind of structured but at the end you can relax and regroup? I still have a couple of things I'd like to do today but then I'll be done and I'll have accomplished a lot. I need to do back to Best Buy and get a few things and I also need to stop by the bookstore and pic up some mags. Oh, I need to go get some clothes, too (shirts and undies) and then clean my apartment .... If I can do all those things, I'll be very, very happy with my day. Any plans for tonight?

I've become very much a sandals person ... I bought a pair of sandles for $1 two years ago and they've latest forever :)

All of my clothes are a lot less expensive than those shoes, and in the end I think you can argue I could have spent less on those. My doggy probably did me a favor.

It was hectic. I got paid! I got my car fixed. I bought a digital camera. I walked a lot ... I think I calculated that I walked over 5 miles today. What did you do today?

Yeah ... I don't wanna make fashion judgments, though. I once spent about £220 on shoes. They were really nice dress shoes. One day (about two years later) I came home and my puppy had chewed them up. It was actually kinda cute.
