The reason that wine is healthy to them is because their body has become so used to having alcohol daily, and I'm sure that it would be the same for drug users if they suddenly decided to give up. Overall I'm not so sure legalizing drugs would work really, once it's legal it's much more available to school kids and there'll will be even more health problems.
