Wow I love it. I'd love to hear it. Here's something I wrote a long time ago and just recently rediscovered. Liftoff I used to search for love, With my mind but not my heart. I used to feel the hurt, From tearing myself apart. But now I finally have broken free. From the shackles, That I placed upon myself. I could see so clearly, Every obstacle in front of me. But now they are just clouds, In a sky full of stars. And I am the rocket, Waiting to blast off into space.
