  1. So . . . based on this tracklisting I'm getting the hunch that this 'story' is going to start out happy and then end on a somber note, with the turning point being Major Minus  So I guess we could listen to this album as two parts
  2. EEEEEEEEEEEEE! EXCITEMENT. SO. MUCH. EXCITEMENT. And geez, this is gonna be one long record :stunned:
  3. Congratulations to the guys! :vuvuzela: And now I'm getting really excited :wacky:
  4. ^ Thiiiiiiss
  5. That's kinda weird . . .
  6. Happy birthday to one of Coldplay's greatest. May you continue define our world for many more
  7. ^ I'd say they're the best lyrics so far, behind Moving to Mars and possibly Major Minus
  8. PARADISE IS GOING TO BE AMAZING :dazzled: Ahem, anyway . . . I hadn't realized how much I'd been spoiled by good live bands (i.e. Coldplay and Muse) until I watched Maroon 5 do a gig for a football kickoff show just now :blank: Coldplay and Muse just can't be compared to anyone else on a stage.
  9. ^ The LRLRL version is awesome (the album version . . . less so  ) Aww D: Don't Panic is awesome! :P
  10. ^ Actually, that was us just getting a bit off-topic  We were originally basing it on the fact that both Up In Flames and Clocks were written at the last minute and rush-recorded to make their respective albums (of course, this is assuming UIF will make the cut, but from what we've heard, I'd say that's a safe bet to make ;) )
  11. I, personally, love the artwork, and I love that they've kept the butterfly theme going (maybe it will be a trend for LP6 also, since Coldplay's albums seem to be running in trilogies?) :wacky:
  12. Probably. I had an inkling they would do something like this way back in April and I guess I was right :awesome: Plus, that would be a clever way of making the album seem tied together as a whole
  13. Well said!
  14. *goes to stalk Coldplay's Twitter* :escaping2:
  15. :wacky: :vuvuzela: 3 DAYS LEFT! (pretty much :P) Also, I'm loving the artwork!
  16. :stunned: EXCITEMENT.
  17. Whoops, didn't see that--thanks :nice:
  18. Well, there's no doubt that it has a meaning of some sort--after all, why would it be on the website, on the artwork, and on the guys' instruments--but I think we're going to have to wait for an explanation from the guys on this one :P
  19. :surprised: Not bad, not bad :D
  20. :D I think it is! Well spotted!
  21. Gravity should have been on X&Y :phu: Just sayin' Love the artwork!
  22. So we have to go on this KhanAcademy website thing for school and at the top of the homepage it says 'Watch. Practice' . . . I thought it said 'Watch Paradise' :blank: You can imagine my reaction (Read: literally jumping up and yelling)
