I would love their outfits to be in style of the Magic music video and the Christmas Lights video. A combination of that, and a little bit more colour (like MX) would be great IMO. Edit: And I hope Chris gets rid of those awful sneakers haha

Ahh I remember back in the days when I was just getting into Coldplay, seeing the first few seconds of this video I was like '' That's not Chris Martin! It must be some sort of parody'' And I immediately stopped watching haha :laugh3:

I heard from a reliable source that there have been so many reliable sources the last couple of weeks that we must have had at least 5 new singles, 5 new albums, 2 EP's, 8 new Chris haircuts and 1 new hat and beard for Jonny. :cool:

@Tarkovsky2 Well they aren't the best musicians in the world I'll give you that. But I think you underestimate them by calling them 'session musicians'. I think they all have their fair share of input in songs, which isn't always very obvious. We actually don't know how many of the songs are 'just' Chris' work and how many are largely influenced or created by the other members. And well I don't agree with you on the Guy part, Guy has made some really really great basslines (Violet Hill, Major Minus, Paradise, Daylight, Cemeteries of London, Magic and so on...) Guy just likes to remain in the background and I don't blame him for it. (Althoug I wouldn't mind a f*cking cool bass solo now and then haha) ;)

I absolutely love 'Salvation' what a masterpiece, amazing song really. I'm totally flabbergasted :O

People are saying so many things, I'm not believing any of them anymore until I hear anything official ;) (Still hoping for something tomorrow or next week though :rolleyes: oups)

Ed Sheeran is on stage now, and I still see Miller walking around backstage and I think I see Chris sitting there as well, maybe another duet later? Just like yesterday :)

ITS STARTING

Exciting!!

After hearing the performance of Ed Sheeran and Chris, am I the only one hoping for a collaboration Coldplay ft. Ed Sheeran? :P They sing absolutely beautiful together.

Well, from Viva on they always had their own unique different style of outfits, but everything we've seen so far seems a re-make between the Mylo Xyloto outfits and the GS ones, which seems to me that the're a bit uninspirational and chose the easy way this time. But of course it far too early to judge at this moment. Usually they've always been on point with their outfits so I'm still hoping for something very unique and what they have not done before ;)

I just wish they would suprise everyone by playing 5 old or the non mainstream songs, but then again, it's Coldplay and they would probably never do that :P And I sometimes wonder, aren't they getting tired themselves of playing the same songs over and over again? I for one am getting a bit :P But well we'll have to wait and see of course when the AHFOD tour starts.

Guys, I missed the whole thing :( Could anyone give me an update? All I got is that they played 5 'old' songs and that they have a new stage outfit. Any news on AHFOD?
