The albuns released between October 2011 and October 2012 are up for the Grammys, Robert Plant won best album on 2009 with a 2007 album wich wasn't really THAT good, so it can happen

^ Yeah, Viva La Vida had a much bigger impact both critcally and comercially on the USA, it went very well on Europe but seems a bit forgotten on the United States.

Yes, like I don't mind the background synths on Clocks for example, but now most of their songs have some really prominent playbacks like the Paradise strings (and vocals!), Charlie Brown's piano riff, the Princess of China synths and Lovers In Japan piano. It's starting to bother me a bit.

She's talented, you can argue if she's an artist, wich for me she's not because as you said she never wrote a song in her life, but most of people can't sing like that, so for me that's a talent.

The Grammy guys like Coldplay, I think they'll get 3 nominations or so for Best Rock Performance (Charlie Brown), Best Rock Album and maybe Best Pop by Group (Princess Of China).
