Not necessarily. For instance, the Red Hot Chili Peppers used to tour for two weeks every three to prevent exhaustion. However, they still had to pay the touring crew for being on standby that extra week, and therefore made little to no money during a full tour (I believe it was during Blood Sugar Sex Magik). The point is, touring does not always equal profits.

Actually that kinda sounds like Atoms for Peace... except it's Flea and not John. I don't really mind that john left, mostly because his solo projects are just as epic as RHCP albums.

I'm not one of those who reviewed your lyrics negatively, because I simply didn't bother to read them. However, I do not understand why people always expect critics to be better than the artists. Why should they be? Everyone is entitled to say what they like and don't like, and no one requires special songwriting ability to be able to say this. For your own sake, don't reject negative critiques simply on the basis that 'they can't do any better' ... it's just wrong.
