  1. I like how they start Yellow on the MX tour with the piano. I also like the heavy rock version of GPASUYF. And the Scientist when Chris has the crowd echo the "oh-oh-woo-oh's" :)
  2. I kinda like how Low drags on, but yeah. Know what songs should be long and which songs should be cut shorter.
  3. That's what I want Coldplay to do next. Diversify roles, mix it up a bit. I would be so happy for Will to have his own song. Also, I want songs to be longer. There were too many 4 minute tracks on MX. Also, I would like to have more harmonies. Their voices mix very well, and creates an interesting sound.
  4. I've vomited twice while scrolling through this page.
  5. Strawberry Swing made my day. Wow, that song stood out from the rest for me.
  6. You're insane if you think you can get that much money for some plastic watches
  7. Piano is great but it can't overcome the sum of all MX's parts. Whole MX vs all B-sides
  8. Major Minus will probably stay cos it adds variety to the set and it's pretty representative of the vision of MX.
  9. Well let's see. Charlie Brown I think is a no-brainer to stay in the setlist permanately. But after that, I don't see any other songs being a sure thing. My gut feeling is Charlie Brown, Paradise, and Major Minus will stay for future eras. Unfortunately, Hurts Like Heaven and Every Teardrop is a Waterfall are proper openers and closers. Which means they'll probably get replaced by LP6's openers and closers.
  10. Bohemian Rhapsody, srsly guys Bohemian Rhapsody vs Clocks
  11. Piano in lovers in japan vs final 1:12 of HLH

  14. In My Place and Paradise. Those awesome drum beats...
  15. This needs to be said: Moving to Mars is the best song from this era, but it doesn't fit with the rest of the songs. Coldplay wanted to make sure that they released it, especially since they knew it wouldn't make it into the album.
  16. Ino, srsly wat iz going on chris, gosh
  17. There you have it, haters. Paradise is all Guy's fault.
  18. This is very interesting. Oh, the many intricacies of MX...
  19. lol, I'm glad so many people love Batman!
  20. I'm sure we all know at this point that Coldplay will be taking 2013 off. My question is, how will this affect the music? Chris has said all the time that he writes songs based on how he feels at that time. Do you think taking a year off to focus on family will trickle down to the music? Perhaps we will see more love songs, more piano, or more acoustic productions? I think Chris would make great music if it was inspired by his kids. I don't know... I think LP6 will be much more relaxed and subtle than MX, but that's just me. :\ Thoughts?
  21. After hearing that Coldplay will be taking a 12 month hiatus, this MX film is becoming more important to me. Hopefully they make it into an album too, like the 2003 one.
  22. LP6 will be a very pivotal album for Coldplay, I believe. If it's really good, then we may see two, three, or even four more albums out of them. If it misses the mark, however, and they're not overly pleased by it, they might just throw in the towel.
  23. Car Kids is the song coldplayers deserve... But not the song we need right now.
