  1. Slowly breakin' through a daylight, slowly breakin' through a daylight, slowly breakin' through a daylight... That being said, I haven't listened to Up In Flames and I won't until the album comes out
  2. I think the fun in this song is made by the wonky guitar parts you can here in the live versions.
  3. Yeah, they really should slow-ow-ow-ow-ow-ow-ow it down
  4. I actually like the song Mylo Xyloto better than all the other songs.
  5. I wanted Mylo Xyloto to be a full song with lyrics.
  6. I think this might be fake; it's easy to write a blog like that and focus on the stuff you've already heard. Add a couple of made-up details to the songs you haven't heard, (and don't even mention one) and you've got yourself a pre-release review. Now the only reason I'm saying this is that the Oracle stated "MX did indeed mean Mylo Xyloto but at the festivals, as I did mention, it wasn't a full song, just a prelude/introduction to Hurts Like Heaven."
  7. Uh, does the term "first person" mean anything to you?
  8. Actually, according to the official lyrics, Chris sings "It was a wa wa wa wa wa-asterfall" Every Teardrop Is A Waster-fall
  9. haha. Dicker. hahaha. ha. ha.
  10. I never liked the name anyway

  12. Better yet, what is the image on the bottom of the back of the album supposed to be? The thing that looks like a palm tree...
  13. Judging by the symbols on the back of the album cover, the symbol for "Us Against The World" is a CK. CK, for Car Kids, right? WRONG. It's a person. AND an abbreviation. Car Kids might still have something to do with MX, but it's not a song as of yet. And it's part of Us Against The World, which doesn't mention the phrase once in the live lyrics. So I guess this is the end of Car Kids.
  14. Well I guess the 10 or 13 argument ended up having an end result of 14.
  15. I actually have kept myself from listening to Princess of China for all this time. I'll listen to paradise when it comes out but I'll still have 8 unheard songs on the album
  16. kover replied to Jedi Leo's topic in Paradise
The lyrics have bound themselves in my mind to the most obnoxious seven note sequence imaginable. Hope the single doesn't sound like it
  17. Setting my alarm clock for both 2:30 and 5:45AM. Better go to bed at 9 or somewhere around there
  18. Is it just me, or is that picture the cover of "Coldplay: Playin' It Cool: The Unofficial Biography?"
  19. Can somebody tell me what the thing is with Coldplay and cake?
  20. Lol. Oh the Swiss. Anyway, I don't see why this thread had a point.
  21. "yep, yep, Yep, YEP, YUP, YUP, YOUP!" ~Chris during this one performance of Charlie Brown
  22. Yesterday I legit had a dream that I listened to Paradise and the lyrics were "You turn the music up, you got your records on, you shut the world outside until the lights come on." Needless to say I was really disappointed lol.
  23. The winner of the contest probably will have to solemnly swear a soul binding oath, left-hand-on-Bible, right-hand-on-heart, to eternal and everlasting silence and secrecy in specific regards to the splendidly sacred contents of Mylo Xyloto anyway. Otherwise they will end up like Spike. D:
  24. The top middle portion of the cover looks so similar to the back of the ETIAW single!
