Hey guys just thought I'd update you all. Turns out Coldplay are filming the Charlie Brown video in my bathroom right now. It looks pretty cool. Chris said that it involves nudity and bestiality and stuff. He said it comes out tomorrow and Car Kids is the b side. Just thought you'd want to know!

Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. 9/10 Great film, a total classic. Harrison Ford really does remind me a lot of a young Frank Sinatra in the Star Wars films.

I got called a self-hating-female yesterday by a fellow female student on campus because I said thank you to an elderly gentleman who opened the door for me. That was the last crazy thing that happened to me in 2011. Went out with a bang!

2011 was a year of real change and conflict inside me. I slipped back into bad habits, a long term relationship ended, my sister died and my university work crashed. But towards the end things turned around. I'm in the top three of my course now at university and I feel far more confident. I have moved on (partially) from my sister's death through God's guidance and observation. The end result is a very confident me. I feel great right now and I'm ready to succeed and achieve. My new year's resolutions: - To be in the top 2 in class by the end of 2012. - Reformed behaviour. No trouble with police. - Think of others before myself. - Introspect more often. I know I will have an even better year this year.

I love seeing people on the internet discuss things like nuclear energy as if they even remotely understand it. If you were a nuclear scientist you'd be face palming hard all the time. Life would be horrible. Let's spare a minute or two in respect to nuclear scientists. Past and present. *plays the last post*

It's amazing how quickly you all become hungry. Mylo Xyloto has only been out a shade over two months and every second thread is inquiring about new songs. I'd hate to see this place after Coldplay have gone a year without new material. It must be fully engulfed in madness.

Horrible news, only just found out yesterday. I was always a fan of him. Suicide is such an irrational decision that it cannot be rationalised. You can't apply the context of someone with healthy neurology into the head of a suicide victim. Very rarely is the cause environmental - usually there is something not quite working in the chemical state of the brain. The will to live is an inherent natural instinct that all humans are supposed to share. It's arguably one of our most primal instincts - and yet some people are able to forget all about it. It's horribly interesting. I'm a third year medical student and I've learnt first hand quite a lot about the randomness and the chaos of suicide. I don't want to say too much - but let's just say someone can be looking, sounding and even sometimes feeling fine before they do it. The result leaves a lot of people behind who are heartbroken, confused, angry and sometimes completely beside themselves. I've learnt not even to bother trying to get into the head space of the person at the time. I just can't do it - because I've never suffered from depression or any other anxiety/neurological defect.

Even if a sequel is made, it will involve Sony renegotiating a contract that exceeds the original parameters. I never claimed that Zombieland 2 will never come out - I was just showing you how devastating the piracy was for the crew involved. Whether Zombieland 2 is made or not it doesn't change the fact that piracy hurt the production company a huge amount. The amount of public interest that was behind Zombieland was huge. Most people illegally downloaded it instead of viewing it in a cinema or purchasing a DVD. Because of this, Zombieland only made 90 million when it should have been pushing 300. This is a fallacy. Many people download films because they want to get something for free. If you give 100 people a choice over hurting someone and getting something for free, or not hurting someone and losing money - a large portion of the group will choose to get something for free. Zombieland was pirated so much, that even if one quarter of the people who downloaded it paid a dollar instead - the film would have made 1 million dollars extra. So yeah, I am assuming that films are worth more than nothing. The Swiss did not legalise piracy. More dishonesty from you. The Swiss legalised piracy for personal use. Piracy for non-personal use and redistribution is an even bigger threat and it is something that is still very illegal in Switzerland. Countries like China illegally and immorally undercut both Hollywood and independent film agencies for millions every year - and every year there are hundreds more like you who pretend that it doesn't hurt anyone. Also, take a look at Switzerland. By legalising piracy, they aren't hurting their own manufactures and businesses. Switzerland contributes very little to the global entertainment sector, so making personal use piracy legal has very little effect. If the USA were to legalise piracy it would be far more serious and far worse for the giant film companies. And that's why you have countries like Switzerland legalising piracy and countries like the USA going out of their way to criminalise it. The USA lose a lot through piracy. Switzerland don't. It's inconsequential. By the way, I noticed you deliberately never responded to my analogy of the novel. It was my main point. I'll put it here for you:
