Agree! :D In fact, there are about 3 songs I artists I could name that they could sue for stealing Clocks... As for the PoC issue, I really don't know. :\ I hope they get out of it soon though.

All I can say is I'm glad no one else is in the house. :P I'm like, crying from laughing so hard. The first minute just killed me...that was the funniest thing ever put in a music video. :laugh3: I don't even care if it doesn't make sense, it made me laugh so hard.

I was walking down a pretty busy street at night and it was dark, and I was arguing about something, then all of a sudden this car zooms down the road and it was blasting Clocks. It was the coolest thing I've ever heard in the space of a few seconds. :D Because usually if they're blasting anything, it'll be rap.

I love the live version!! The piano especially. It sounds so good. I liked the song before the live version, but I like it a bit more now. I think it has a lot of energy...though I wish they had ended with Clocks or something older at the festival.

I'm new here. I'm also a relatively new fan (like, this year new.) And I didn't like Lost+ and I don't like that Rihanna is going to be in PoC. I do like Paradise, I don't like ETIAW. But I like the direction they're going in. :thinking: you know, the theme I believe they're working towards. I also have to say, flat-out, that I DESPISE anything commercial. Let's just say anything that I start to hear on the radio more than once a day...I'm not going to like. That's the main reason why I don't like ETIAW. I haven't heard Paradise on the radio at all yet. So what I'm worried about is that PoC is going to be played like ETIAW, maybe even more, because it will feature Rihanna, who is a pop/commercial singer that the radio stations follow. And I swear, if it's a good song that gets ruined for me because of this...I am going to be so mad. Because whether it's a good or bad song doesn't matter, the fact that Rihanna is in it will take it further. All I can hope for is that this song is so exotic that the radio stations don't know what to do with it. :\

Hello all. I've recently become a huge Coldplay fan. (Lame, right? :P) Over the past few months, that is. But I pretty much know everything about them now, so...Don't Panic. Don't even ask me to pick a favorite song. In my top ten are Glass of Water, Gravity, Animals, A Rush of Blood to the Head...I can't do this. :\ My favorite number is 42. I think that's all. :)

First time I heard it, I was a bit disappointed. But that happens with every single Coldplay song I listen to. I'm not kidding. I didn't like Yellow the first time I heard it, or Yes, or The Scientist...but I love all of them now. It's because I never like their songs the first time I hear them. Paradise was a 6 for me the first time, but after many more listens it's moved up to a 7-7.5. It's a beautiful song (not Scientist beautiful or anything :P) but still good. The catchiness bothers me a little bit. I cannot get it out of my head.

Are there any OneRepublic songs that start out with a minute of hard core strings? :P I hear Coldplay in Paradise, whether anyone else does or not. I agree about Charlie Brown and UATW...and I don't think they're going back to whatever voice thing they used for Major Minus. I think it was a one time thing. (But it wasn't autotune, you know? It was just an effect.) I have high hopes for MX. UATW isn't going to be mainstream. It's going to be more like a...Coldplay song from the past. :)
