Lyrics
Jeff Buckley - Mojo Pin I'm lying in my bed, the blanket is warm This body will never be safe from harm Still feel your hair black ribbons of coal Touch my skin to keep me whole Oh if only you'd come back to me If you laid at my side Wouldn't need no mojo pin To keep me satisfied I don't wanna weep for you I don't wanna know I'm blind and tortured The white horses flow The memories fire The rhythms fall slow Black beauty I love you so Precious precious silver and gold And pearls in oyster's flesh Drop down we two To serve and pray to love Born again from the rhythm Screaming down from heaven Ageless, ageless When I'm there in your arms I don't wanna weep for you I don't wanna know I'm blind and tortured The white horses flow The memories fire The rhythms fall slow Black beauty I love you so The whelts of your scorn my love, give me more Send whips of opinion down my back, give me more It's you I've waited my life to see It's you I've searched so hard for I don't wanna weep for you I don't wanna know I'm blind and tortured The white horses flow The memories fire The rhythms fall slow Black beauty I love you so

kill bill
I saw volume 2 last thursday. It was great. Some of it was a bit too slow-paced, and I think it would have been better to learn a bit more about the history of Budd and Elle, but it was still a great film. The whole bit with Pai Mei was absolutely brilliant - very typical Tarantino.

What's your favourite Simpson's episode???
- Lyrics
Oasis - Cast No Shadow Here's a thought for every man Who tries to understand what's in his hands He walks along the open road Of love and life surviving if he can Bound with all the weight of all the words he tried to say Chained to all the places that he never wished to stay Bound with all the weight of all the words he tried to say And as he faced the sun he cast no shadow As they took his soul they stole his pride As they took his soul they stole his pride As they took his soul they stole his pride And as he faced the sun he cast no shadow- What's your favourite Simpson's episode???

I prefer links to OTHER websites in new windows so I can still carry on with what I'm doing. But links to other pages within the same site should be in the same window.- Pepsi or Coke?
Coke all the way. Pepsi has a bit of a peculiar artificial taste about it. It's nice, but I'd very very very much rather drink Coke.- Lyrics
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - Awake Wanna feel what I touch, wanna find what was lost, wanna be kind As you see every curse, in a dream it'll work, never feel tied Wanna praise with this life and conceal without lie, I just need time Wanna fight every need, every push, every string, will you stand by? I've been awake through the wrong decisions I've held the ground now I'm gaining soul I bit my tongue through the cold realisations I've been accused but I've only begun Wanna speak what I've seen, wanna reach what I've dreamed, wanna be kind Wanna seal what I've cut, wanna heal without rush, wanna ease time With your hand on your loss, our scene truly cost, no one told you And we grew from the day into night, I'm ashamed, I will join you I've been awake through the wrong decisions I've held my ground now I'm gaining soul I bit my tongue through the cold realisations I've been accused, but I've only begun Take me on, take me on I've been awake, shaking to a rage In the end only once all you need is a touch, wanna see love Every thought you'll be shown, every act will be known, I defend you We'll awake every sound, every chance I'll be found, I'll be with you To the end now you come, show your hands to the ones to behold you I've been awake through the wrong decisions I've held my ground now I'm gaining soul I bit my tongue through the cold realisations I've been accused, but I've only begun Take me on, take me on I've been awake, shaking to a rage- Lyrics
Radiohead - Morning Bell Morning bell Morning bell Light another candle and Release me Release me You can keep the furniture A bump on the head Coming down the chimney Release me Release me Please Release me Release me Where'd you park the car? Where'd you park the car? The clothes are on the lawn with the furniture I might as well I might as well Sleepy jack the fire-drill Round and round and round And round and round and round And round Cut the kids in half Cut the kids in half Cut the kids in half The lights are on but nobody's home Everyone wants to be a victim Nobody wants to be a slave But I keep walking- Funniest movie ever
This Is Spinal Tap no contest- Your life in five years 3 different out comes
Optimistic: - Having finished my degree in Music Technology & Innovation, I'm now a producer and engineer for a hugely successful band, with whom I regularly tour the globe. - I'm earning well over £50k a year. - I'm engaged to be married. - I'm living in a large luxury apartment in south-west London. - I've paid off all my student debts. Realistic: - After finishing my Music Technology degree, I'm working in a local recording studio or radio station as an assistant engineer, earning between £16k-20k a year. - I'm in a stable relationship - I'm living in an affordable apartment in Cambridge with some friends. - I've paid off some of my debts. Pessimistic: - I've been expelled from University in my second year. - I live alone in a cold flat. - I'm earning a couple of thousand a year, working for a temping agency. - I'm an alcoholic. - I'm in serious debt. - My friends don't wanna know me, and my family have disowned me.- Andy Bell
Agreed. While I wouldn't consider him one of the best bassists ever, when he joined Oasis he helped to completely revamp their sound. Guigsy was just a boring bassist who played the root notes of the chords and nothing else. Andy plays wonderful Paul McCartney-esque grooves. And it's not just Andy - Gem has helped just as much as him. Noel has always said how he's more of a rhythm guitarist than a lead guitarist, and when Gem came along, it let him concentrate more on rhythm and singing, which in turn improved the sound of the band. All in all, Gem and Andy deserve to be in Oasis more than Bonehead and Guigsy ever did.- What's the best concert you've been to?
You were there? I WAS THERE!! :D which one were both of you at???- I'M BACK!!!!
I didn't even notice you'd gone. but then I'm not a very observant person, so I guess i'm to blame. so welcome back anyway,- Lyrics
The Cooper Temple Clause - Blind Pilots I hope you never change, I hope you never go I hope you'll always keep our little secrets though How'd we get here at this height? And what's this talk of dead weight? I know we always drink but we don't always fight The landing lights are on but we're just out of sight Cos this thing's mobile, there's still wheels But I'm not done yet so hang on You came along to change the grade To raise the bar I'd made of late You came along to raise the stakes To tend to me in my mistakes I can't pretend that I could be The man you said you saw in me But hang around and I'll try and land this thing No-one came No-one saw Someone pass the manual Soon I'll go away and see you at the door So go put David on and read about the war We're just blind pilots in strange planes We're backseat drivers in dead cars You came along to change the grade To raise the bar I'd made of late You came along to raise the stakes To tend to me in my mistakes I can't pretend that I could be The man you said you saw in me But hang around and I'll try and land this thing Yeah I made a list of all the things That I could change how I could win I can't and I refuse to say The wheels have slowly come away I pray to God my soul to keep Cos I could never stand the heat But hang around and I'll try and land this thing No-one came No-one saw Someone pass the manual- What's the best concert you've been to?
For the atmosphere, it was definitely Oasis @ Finsbury Park (Saturday 6th July 2002) For the music, it was Radiohead @ Earl's Court (Thursday 27th November 2003) Others: Black Rebel Motorcycle Club @ Norwich UEA (11th November 2003) NME Awards Tour - Franz Ferdinand, The Von Bondies, The Rapture and Funeral For A Friend* @ Norwich UEA (4th February 2004) * we didn't stay for Funeral For A Friend. they're not very good.- kill bill
I was surprised at just how violent this film really was. I mean, I know that Quentin Tarantino's films are all very violent, but not as much as this. Kill Bill was a complete bloodbath - much more violent than all the others put together. And what a fantastic film it is. While not as good as Reservoir Dogs or Pulp Fiction (those two films will always be very hard for him to beat) it's still a truly awesome film. I can't wait for the next one. I think it's out here next Tuesday, and you can safely bet I'll be going to see it asap.- Man On The Moon
No, that's The Truman Show. "In case I don't see you - good afternoon, good evening and goodnight" Man On The Moon is the Andy Kaufman biopic- Man On The Moon
The Truman Show and Man On The Moon were both brilliant examples of what a truly excellent dramatic actor he can be. When you see these films, it's very surprising to see how he pulls it off so well, and it makes you wonder whether or not he should have gone straight to drama rather than starting with comedy. I think his dramatic roles are much better than his comedy roles. I mean, yeah he's pretty funny, but his dramas are still much better films than his comedies... in my opinion anyway. - Lyrics
