1. Absolute Radio will play more tracks on Sunday night. Would be great if someone in the UK could record them in DAB quality! (tonight they broadcast Viva, Orphans, Fix You and Everyday Life)
2. dunno, remember when someone overheard him saying the next album would be called Ghost Stories somewhere on a plane or so and no one believed it :joy:
3. Radio X will also broadcast tracks from the show in about 10 minutes so uh yeah just split yourselves in two or something! (or wait for the recordings) here's a link: https://www.radiox.co.uk/london/radio/player/
4. but if it's him, why would he call the character a she?

6. edit: here's my recording https://coldplaying.com/forum/index.php?threads/2019-11-28-chris-martin-interviewed-on-radio-x.126223/
7. I missed it while splitting myself in half to listen to both Coldplay interviews going on at the same time, but apparently Chris said he thinks they'll do a few Everyday Life shows in LA GhostStoriestour vibes intensify!
8. here's that quote: "Well there's more to come from that story in a bit of time. But I'll tell you now that it's sort of a character that we made called Angelina. She's a new voice in our band. It's secretly another person pitched up, but I can't possibly say who. She's an alien." interesting...

11. this seems really unfair on people who live far from big cities. It would mean people outside that radius in France for example, wouldn't be able to buy tickets for a gig in Paris, but any sensible person in that situation would take the train to Paris I would assume. And I just can't see them doing a tour with so many different dates they wouldn't leave areas behind. It seems like a logistical nightmare tbh it's complicated. I'm totally a greenie and I'm really glad more and more people are beginning to treat this as a real issue, but at the same time I don't think common people have to fight this war by being restricted from travelling. It's more about how we travel. I think it's fine to take a plane now and then, but not every two months and plane tickets are far too cheap compared to train tickets. The question is what can a band do about that? They can raise awareness for sure, but they can't do this alone.
12. no she's playing different tracks the band recorded yesterday (Debs confirmed this on Twitter)
13. A pre-recorded session from the Maida Vale studios will be broadcast on BBC Radio 2 tomorrow. Debs confirmed on Twitter that it's different from what we heard and saw today! https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m000bp80 On tomorrow 28/11 at 7pm UK time
14. Guns Orphans Daddy Lovers In Japan Arabesque Gypsy Woman Everyday Life and Chris said Femi's band also recorded an extra song but that wasn't broadcast (yet) I think
15. Merged @ColdplayLive567 's thread with the one created a couple of days ago :)
16. Coldplay covering Gypsy Woman? It's more likely than you might think
17. read somewhere you can also watch on iPlayer. I believe all BBC video streams are geoblocked though so get those VPNs out again
18. ^ Sorry, I've removed the full text because the Times group have already come after us for posting the Sunday Times interview a couple of days ago o_O
19. well, both this gig and the London show were filmed with professional cameras so I think it's safe to say we're getting a nice little film at some point!
20. Well, this was all about promo. They had to get all the journalists and important folks in so they can talk about it. But let me be clear that SUCKS a ton for all the fans watching instagram videos and seeing more than half the crowd just standing there as if they don't give a shit. It's extra frustrating because we know this album won't get a tour and most of us won't ever hear these songs live anyway, SAME FUCKING BLOOD
21. Well there was a fucking messy situation outside when, around the time the gig started, security randomly handed out the remaining guest spots to SOME of the fans without a ticket that were still waiting outside. You can guess what happened. Chaos. Then security proceeded to laugh at them while people could have got hurt: View: https://twitter.com/Coeurli/status/1199096953319108609
