Us Against The World

Anyone else think the album version may have been recorded on a 12 string? Sounds really interesting.

Judging by the symbols on the back of the album cover, the symbol for "Us Against The World" is a CK. CK, for Car Kids, right? WRONG. It's a person. AND an abbreviation. Car Kids might still have something to do with MX, but it's not a song as of yet. And it's part of Us Against The World, which doesn't mention the phrase once in the live lyrics. So I guess this is the end of Car Kids.

I know there's no absolute-concrete proof to tie this together. But I just noticed as I was listening to the song: 1) It's very natural in it's lyrics, the river/raindrop, erodes us, the clouds, the water your ships roll in. And what also convinces me. "If we could float away fly up to the surface and just start again" and "Lift off before trouble..." 2) You have "through chaos as it swirls", if you replace "it's us against the world" with "we fly up with the birds" i don't think it fits QUITE as well but it still essentially rhymes and that's probably why they changed the lyrics and thus the title. 3) The song is very peaceful melodically. Does anyone else think these songs sound very similar? Also, us against the world is also lyrics from Major minus and maybe another unreleased song. Now my feet won't touch the ground is lyrics from Litii and strawberry swing. Does this mean "Us against the world" is the new "Now my feet won't touch the ground"?
