Oy. Oasis playing "I am the Walrus" is such a terrible idea. You'd think they would have had the good sense to realize that the only possible outcome of that would be a train wreck of music. :lol:

 

Then again, Oasis have never really been known for their smarts or common sense. ;)

yea that is about right. haha. Liam and Noel are kind of not right in the head... Especially Liam, you just want to smack him in the head after hearing him in an interview. And I can't understand a word Noel Gallagher says.

 

On The Edge, I remember, there was this contest where they would play some words Noel Galagher said in an interview and then there would be someone syaing "WHAT THE HELL IS NOEL GALLAGHER SAYING, find out and get two free tickets to Edgefest!" haha

They should grant licenses to sing the last song so the artists don't screw it up. U2 are a great band, but Bono's voice didn't suit the song and it all sounded messy.

Well, I actually like their cover of I Am The Walrus... but then, I actually like Oasis so there you go. And I'm not surprised people from America (or Canada, as is the case) can't understand a word Noel is saying, because he's from Manchester. Over here on this side of the pond, it's perfectly easy to understand every single word.

I thought Limp Bizkit did a good cover of that. Fred Durst did a good job on it. It would have been a bad cover if he sounded like Limp Bizkit usually sound, while doing it.
