Waterproof mascara SUCKS! Yes it may save you in times of public floods of tears, unexpected heavy rain or spontaneous frolicking in the fountain but what they fail to tell you is that it's waterproof because it sticks to your lashes and NEVER comes off!

 

No matter how many make-up removing pads you use it just stays there until eventually you get so frustrated you pull your eyelashes off and end up looking a freak!

Yeah, we've got an art festival going on all weekend and usually it's nice and sunny. Of course, this year it just figures that it's pouring rain for all 3 days. No one's going to sell ANYTHING. And it's the one year we're really short on a lot of cash, bleh.
