no, they pushed it back 9 months so they could ensure it would be a summer blockbuster after they saw the success of "The Dark Knight" last year. they even admitted so. had nothing to do with the fans, it was all for money.

Think Twilight also has something to do with it, but yeah. we got gipped. Not to say it didn't get better than it was when they test screened it last year. fx and cgi especially.

oo wow more special effects. that's definitely what this movie needs to be good.

Damn, I won't be in town on July 15th. :sad: Also, two main cinemas here are closed, so I don't know if I'll get to see the movie soon...

I watched TGOF yesterday again (downloaded it just a few days ago :P) and they changed so much stuff from the book... I especially didn't like the scene in the common room when Harry says something like "Who wants me to open it?" about the golden egg... that's stupid because he just isn't like that... :\
