Yes yes this book rules  Finally someone... lol.

And I've seen the movie already, it's quite close to the book and I liked the main character's actor, he looks very close to Grenouille in my imagination... And I loved the soundtrack, this movie rocks

I hope you'll be lucky enough and there won't be any silly people in the cinema... When I ws watching this movie there were about 20 people who were laughing every time they saw naked body :dozey:

Whatever, it's out of topic lol.

I almost finish book of Leonid Andreev, russian writer. It called "Red Laugh" or on russian "Krasnij smeh". Frightful book about GPW.

A bigger power than the power of money, the power of fear or the power of death...The insuperable power of inspiring love in human beings...

I just finished the book, I'm all :shocked2:

The Shadow Of The Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon

The book rocks

OH, Mo!!! You're reading it!

What chapter are you reading at the moment?

I loved so much that book! It's full of hidden stories of different characters but all of them are related to the main one --Julià Carax--, it's like a puzzle and the book keeps on giving you some pieces and details of the main story. Also it's explained there the most beautiful love story...

And all of these stuff happen in my city. It's Wonderful!

I´m reading something about Hitler..."Understanding Hitler"

OH, Mo!!! You're reading it!

oh, yeah, I remember this part but what I loved the most was the Julia Carax story, though!

The characters are so real...they aren't absolutely good or bad, but have their own nuances in their way of being.

oh, so did you put it down? Too bad! I assure you it's worth to read it but I know, there're lots of characters and stories you've to remember and perhaps it's tough... I mean I had to pay all my attention while reading it.

Yes, the story happens in Barcelona (but also some facts in Paris) and you've been there, so..you can get a better idea of all the places where the story happens.
