But I'm dumb reading 2 books at the same time. With Mr May's book (cheapest place online atm is play.com) you can put it down and start again. but with the other book everything leads on from previous chapters

The Da Vinci Code and The Count of Montecristo

^ i read The Da Vinci Code and really enjoyed! i liked the movie too

i'm reading a book called "ensaio sobre a cegueira" (essay about blindness, but i know it's translated to english as "blindness" only). It's from a Portuguese author (José Saramago) who recently won the nobel prize

i'm really liking it so far, i think it can touch any reader!

I loved the Da Vinci Code, but the end was kindof shabby, nothing like the rest of the book.

The Count of Montecristo awaits.

a lot of people told me that about the end but i didn't feel that...

good luck with The Count of Montecristo!

Wyrd Sisters by Terry Pratchett...book's great!

Anyhoo-some girls I know took some Power Reading classes (for faster reading)...and suppossedly they read about 87 pages in 14 minutes! Or so they say...that's insane...it takes me forever to read a GOOD book....oh, Gosh...I'm not slow, right?

so maybe i'm reading like 3 different books at once...lol

oliver twist, tolkien's lays of beleriand (i'm such a dork!), and also douglas adams' so long and thanks for all the fish
