Anyone really getting into this band? Great stuff. If you haven't heard of them, I'd HIGHLY recommend buying their debut album or at least downloading a few tracks.

didn't they play leeds/reading? did anyone see them? or am i completely mixed up (i think i know the answer to that already.)

i like the song say hello to the angels 8) ....its one of my favorites....i never bought the cd but i downloaded most of those songs that are listed and this one turned out to be the one i like.

i think i'm in love with this band now....

 

not as much as coldplay no never...

when i first read this topic i read part of it as "the blokes with badgers" so it sounded interesting only there is nothing about badgers in here dammit!

interpol is really amazing, as coldplay is, they have beautiful melodies and its just really great music go buy the cd, you'll be glad 8)

I got their cd a few weeks ago. I quite like it. I don't know it all yet, though. Maybe I'll put it in now. :D

Yes, Interpol is very good.

i love #2,5,9 especially its a wonderful cd!!the walkmen sound alot like interpol.interpol actually listen to the walkmen..

Turn on the Bright Lights is quite impressive for a new band, but its well sort of being a quality album.

 

Id still stick it on for a few songs again though, NYC especially (Which I would consider as a classic song, which is good for a debut album).

I think that 'Leif Erikson' its one of best sad songs ever!

NYC is my favorite song on that album.
