I dont even think the new direction will be too extreme, just not as guitar and piano-esque (is there really any way to say that?) as their past stuff. alls good

It should be good. Listen, have Coldplay ever recorded a bad song yet? No, I didn't think so either. Besides, Coldplay know what they're doing, they always have, and if its crap , then they'd throw it away, innit? :)

They never threw Gravity away... They... donated it to the less fortunate... Besides, I think most Coldplay songs are way better than Gravity anyway, so it was a case of easy come, easy go... ;)

I LOVE GRAVITY!, everybody knows it's great, and it sounds better when Chris sing it, than when Embrace do it. I'm not saying that Embrace's version is bad, just that Coldplays' is better. :)

Paranoid Android....meh, never liked OK Computer. The Bends was one of the best albums of all time, though. Hope it's not electronic-based too much. I'm thinking of 70's crap thats sort of dance-y type stuff. I'm thinking about several Scissor Sisters songs right now. :(
