I finally looked at that seating plan. Looks like there'll be 20,000+ easily.

I've never seen a show at the ACC using the entire arena... my sis has seen shows with that config for some shows and she told me that there's way too much screaming to enjoy the actual music.

I'm guessing there's folding chairs, cuz they marked off the floor into 9 sections, but don't take my word for it.

So there are actual co-ordinates for the floor? As in, specific places that you have to sit? It's not a free for all?

^

I remember hearing bout some Avril concert that had a similar setup, but they didn't set up the chairs properly and ppl just ended up taking the best spot they could find in their individual section.

It's reserved seating on the floor. Check out the seating plan on Ticketmaster for concert west end stage.

WOOOHOOOO!!!!!! just came back from getting my tickets....i think it sold out in like what.....10 minutes! Got in section 100 too....the lady said i was the only 1 out of that outlet too get in that section...not to brag or anything....anyhoo this is gonna be great

LUCKY! Where did you go? And did they do that random ballot system?

So.. what was asking about came true. I got two floor tickets seated separately. I looked on the seating plan on the website for sure, but do people actually sit in those allocated spots? I mean, are there numbers on the chairs?

Are you sure? But what if someone has the seat next to me? or next to him?

hmm

i dont know where my other post disappeared too. ekkk... *tear* I didn't get coldplay tickets.... but does anyone have extra coldplay ticket? i'd be willing to pay and give up some of my signed merch

justine: i've been to shows at the ACC with folding seats on the floor and they are pretty strict with enforcing who sits where (during the opening acts when people are actually sitting) but when coldplay come on everyone will be on their feet and it won't matter that much.

the only i'm going to get tickets is if i win them.

open mind :P

You think you'll win again? That would be amazing luck.

I just dont understand this at all. I got my tickets Saturday morning through internet - I got them right away, one of the first people through, and all I got were not only level 300 at the $71 (!!!) price, but they were 310 which means off to the side so you only see half of the stage.

How is this possible if i was one of the first through? Were on earth did they other tickets go? How have some people here gotten not only level 100s but FLOORS?!?! this really isn't fair at all, esp. since i had to pay $71. Then what was being sold at $57?

I've never been able to see coldplay before so i decided i'd go no matter what, but really, this is totally unfair esp. since by 10:01, i had already bought my tickets and according to the ticketmaster website, the rest were all gone which is obviously untrue.

that is very odd. i'm very peeved about this ticket price thing, it's rather ridiculous.

i was at my friend's cottage this weekend and obv. not near the internet so i tried to get my friend to buy tickets for me but no such luck. guess i won't be seeing them. c'est la vie. i did see them at the kool haus so all is okay.

but i must say it's ridiculous how fast it sold out and how expensive it was. my friend said that she tried yesterday afternoon for montreal tickets and there were still really good seats available, what's up with that?!

People want to go to Toronto because it is accesible from all around, people from the US come to this show, I can't say the same for Montreal.

It's the first stop on the NA tour, that's why. There's ppl desperate to see the band and this is their first chance to do so.

Plus all the usual factors bout TO like its size and location.

TO Tickets available.

I have extra tickets that I am willing to trade for U2 tickets if anyone has any. I will also sell them but my goal is to get a ticket for a u2 concert. I got shut out of the four nights.
