There was a scandal here... someone of their record label (I think) bought their record, that they could reach the top of the charts... some people even wanted to disallow them singing at the Grand Prix because of this. At least when it started I remember seeing songs that were actually original and not just written for 1 night of votes. Now the song-writers and people behind the acts have realised its all political and therefore they have the right to not put any effort into the songs.
