I know a receptionist who works in one.... and its like going to a Doctors surgery, very laid back, and calm not to be ashamed about. Everyone wins ! If it's done like it is on those ranches in Nevada etc., I don't think it's a problem, as long as it's a "free will" job choice, as you said.
