German Gastronomy (Deutsche Küche)

 

Das deutsche Essen ist much more than Bier und Würste, every region of the country has its own specialty according to the influences received during centuries of the environment and near cultures, countries. Die südlichen Gebiete like Bayern and Schwaben share a lot of dishes mit ihren Österreichische und schweizerische Nachbarn. In the west, the influences of French cuisine are very pronounced, In the east the food has distinctive Russian-Polish airs whereas in the north they share recipes with the Holländisch and specially mit die Skandinavische Länder in den Küstengebieten.

 

 

The typical German breakfast consists of bread, toast with jam or honey, eggs, coffee or tea. In many parts sausages and a big variety of cheeses are also included. Müsli and cereals such as cornflakes are also popular. Traditionally, the main meal of the day ist das Mittagessen, eaten around noon. Das Abendessen is a smaller meal, sometimes only consisting of a couple of sandwiches. From time to time people like to enjoy of a variety of desserts with tea or cofee.

 

 

Pork, beef and poultry are the main varieties of meat consumed in Germany, with pork being the most common used as “filler of sausages”, people in the coast also have traditional dishes with varieties of fish. The food is high seasoned with spices and it includes Möhren, Rüben, Spinat, Erbsen Bohnen, and often types of cabbage. The most common drink, typical of Germany ist das bier though (der,den?) Wein is also very popular.

Das deutsche Essen ist viel mehr als Bier und Würste, jede Region des Landes hat ihre eigene Spezialität entsprechend der erhaltenen Einflüsse der Umwelt und nahen Kulturen und Ländern während der Jahrzehnte.

Die südlichen Gebiete wie Bayern und Schwabe teilen viele Gerichte mit ihren Österreichische und schweizerische Nachbarn.

Im Westen sind die Einflüsse der franzlsischen Küche sehr ausgeprägt.

Im Osten hat das Essen markante russisch-polische Einflüsse, wohingegen man im Norden Rezepte mit Holland und ganz spieziell mit den skandinavischen Ländern in den Küstengebieten teilt.

Das typisch deutsche Frühstück besteht aus Brot, Toast mit Marmelade oder Honig, Eiern, Kaffee oder Tee.

In vielen Teilen sind Würste und eine Vielfalt von Käse enthalten.

Müsli und Getreide, zum Beispiel Cornflakes, sind auch sehr beliebt.

Menschen an der Küste haben auch eine Auswahl an Gerichten mit Fisch.

Das Essen wird gewürzt und beinhaltet Möhren, Rüben, Spinat, Erbsen Bohnen und viele Arten von Kohl.

Das bekannteste Getränk ist, typisch für Deutschland, Bier, allerdings ist Wein auch sehr beliebt.

Dunno but Österreichische is quite hard to pronounce, lol. :thinking:

das wüsst ich auch mal gern... ich nehm an, ich werd in einbeck sein. :dozey: mein praktikum fängt ja morgen an und meine freunde arbeiten jetzt auch alle... aber im grunde ist's wurscht, weil wir wohl auf jeden fall am wochenende nochmal nach hannover können...

Naja Deutschland spielt ja auf jeden Fall nochmal nächstes Wochenende (Spiel um Platz 3 oder Finale), also würde sich Hannover für dich sicherlich nochmal lohnen. :)

 

Fahr vielleicht nächstes Wochenende nochmal spontan mit ein paar Freunden zur Fan-Meile nach Berlin. Ist zwar verrückt (und Benzin ist auch nicht gerade billig) aber die WM kommt so schnell nicht wieder nach Deutschland. ;)

joa, berlin war auch schon im gespräch, aber ich denk eher nicht... bin schon irgendwie froh, dass wir hier die großleinwand jetzt haben, noch ein deutschland-spiel vorm fernseher überleb ich nicht - das war ja grausam :rolleyes:
