what do you guys think about Poor Me being the official new (and only) b-side to Fix You??? i was kinda dissapointed cause i expected Moses or Ladder to the sun :/

I hear it's supposed to be revamped? so who know whether or not it will even sound the same as the live version I have heard before. I mean take "Talk" for example: I loved the leaked version and equally enjoy the album version. In my opinion, if we are talking about Coldplay, there can be no wrong. ;)

No, the official single will be Fix You, but on the cd single, Poor Me will be the "extra song", like Things i don't understand and Proof were for Speed of sound. ;)

so on 'fix you' will be fix you and poor me? don't they have a song more.. you see s.o.s. have 3 songs...

I heard the live version of "Poor Me" for the first time the other day. An excellent song, it wouldn't have been out of place on X&Y at all.

 

I hope we get more than just one b-side to "Fix You", though. :(

i've always liked poor me, but i'd love to have a studio version of it, still, i suppose it will sound good because they will mix it properly. Maybe they just couldn't get the song right when they came to record it, which is a shame

yeah it is both 'poor me' and 'world turned' as the b sides for fix you but one of the cd or vinyl releases had just 'poor me'

The crappy £1.99 two song cd single has only 2 tracks on it.

 

I will be buying the main cd with all 2 b-sides on it, because I hate it when bands put out singles on 2 discs.

I heard the live version of the song for the first time yesterday and I've absolutely fallen in love with it!! definitely a great song, looking forward to the CD. :)

'Poor Me' wouldn't have been out of place on X&Y in my opinion, a very strong song. It's just a shame there doesn't appear to be a studio version.

Poor Me is a quality song, very good...i don't think i have heard "The World Turned" though, i searched for it on limewire but it doesn't seem to be there.
