August 3, 200520 yr awesome video, 2nd best they've done, obv scientist is better! but it sends shivers down my spine when the crowd sing at the end!!!
August 3, 200520 yr filled my eyes with tears - they're just such a beautiful band - just simply beautiful.
August 3, 200520 yr Had anyone noticed the part where he sung "...and tears come streaming down your face, when you lose something you can't replace" (well around about there) He is near Kings Cross, (Sign behind him) ...Is this at all relevant to 7th July? Just a crazy idea hehe
August 3, 200520 yr its a great viedo, i love the bit where he swings the light bulb in front of the crowd. :) Just a shame the rest of the band aren't walking around at the start of the video with chris
August 3, 200520 yr I was one of the peole singing along at the end...so sorry to the people who are mad about that...but you cant not sing along at a Coldplay concert..... stevemah..yeah it would hvae been better if the whole band was walking at the start...
August 3, 200520 yr also...did anyone else notice the sign that said King's Cross? Was it just coincidence that the sign was there? Personally' date=' I think it just might be Coldplay's own little tribute to the London bombing victims. Any thoughts?[/quote'] Yeah also, as well as the King's Cross sign, right at the beginning of the vid, a double decker bus goes past in the background, i think that could be a little tribute too.
August 3, 200520 yr and he do this 'light' thing' date=' i mean he 'moves' a thing like a torch on the concert. [/quote'] He did the same thing in the arena di verona in italy
August 3, 200520 yr I think the ending is good :) At first I just thought it was going to be like the scientist, except it would be like the aftermath (when he loses his gf), but noooooooooooooooo I was totally wrong. I think that might have been better though.....oh well :dizzy2:
August 3, 200520 yr I was one of the peole singing along at the end...so sorry to the people who are mad about that...but you cant not sing along at a Coldplay concert..... Can you see yourself in the video?
August 3, 200520 yr I haven't seen the vid yet. Stupid MTV2 will not play Coldplay. May be I'll catch it on Channel 4 tonight.
August 3, 200520 yr aww, the video is awesome!!! AWESOME!! It reminds me of the scientist but it is def. the best video ever! It has both live & studio..clips?is that the right word? Anyways, it kicks booty...LOVE CHRIS MARTIN!!!!! he's soo hot in the video..aahhh But what is that light thing???

Any thoughts?[/quote'] Yeah also, as well as the King's Cross sign, right at the beginning of the vid, a double decker bus goes past in the background, i think that could be a little tribute too. they filmed the beginning part of the video a few days before the bombing...so it wasn't a tribute, just a weird concidence. very spooky. Chris might be a bit psychic since it was his idea to walk around london.
August 3, 200520 yr Oi!! less of the 'stupid crowd', i was there singing!! I think the video works really well, and if the Kings Cross is a tribute then that is wonderful! Well done Coldplay, another fabulous single complete with even more fabulous video... :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
August 3, 200520 yr i love the simplicity, really strikes a chord within me...Chris did the "light bulb swing-a-ma-jig thing last night at the ACC...BRILLIANT! I saw the vid b4 the concert and wen i saw that part live , it was was total deja vu
August 3, 200520 yr this is yet another VERY boring video, conceptually speaking. so tired, done so many times by lesser bands and i think does a disservice to the song. nonetheless, why does it give me shivers? perhaps for the same reason that Omarion videos do.
